☞ Primary renter must be 25+yo and be resident at the property throughout the rental period.
☞ * Maximum 10 adult guests (recommended) / 15 guests total. Guests exceeding 10 total must be disclosed and are subject to an additional surcharge (infants under 2yo stay free).
☞ Any visitors are subject to Host approval.

NO PARTIES: Unauthorized events or people at the property are strictly prohibited. Respectful celebrations among registered guests are welcome, but no disruptive gatherings of any size are allowed at any time

POOL & HOT TUB
☞ Pool heating and hot tub operation can be scheduled with the Host.**

Hot Tub/Spa: Can be scheduled up to 3 hrs/day between 7am-11pm for $5/hr [changeable with 24hrs notice]. When in use, the hot tub is heated to ~100°F / ~38°C. [Please schedule only if needed]**

Pool Heating: To ~82°F / ~28°C can be scheduled from 10am to 6pm for a fee of $50/day.**

☞ The pool system is automated and operated remotely. Interference with the pool equipment is strictly prohibited.


[**SEASONAL NOTE: Pool and hot tub heating require a daily mean outdoor temperature above 70°F to operate properly and may not be viable during colder months].

HOUSE HEATING/COOLING
The house has separate main floor and 2nd floor HVAC systems. Guests have control over the house heating and cooling between ~70°F / ~21°C and ~80°F / ~27°C.

PETS
Furry family members are welcome at no additional charge (up to 4 dogs, any size) but must be disclosed when booking. A fenced dog run is pet-accessible from the pool deck for potty.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE POLICY
Booking this property includes a $1,500 / $0 deductible insurance policy at a fixed fee of $59, protecting Guests and Host from accidental damage and losses, facilitated by VRBO through Generali Global Assistance.
