Enjoy your stay at our BEAUTIFUL Healthy Living Retreat on Merritt Island - just minutes from Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral, and about an hour from Disney. From the dock, you can watch rocket launches light up the sky, while dolphins often pass through in the morning and manatees are seen throughout the day.

Relax in a peaceful canal-front setting with plenty of space, well-kept grounds, and a private heated pool. Spend your evenings grilling at the BBQ, enjoying drinks at the tiki bar by the pool, and playing your favorite music through Alexa. Bring your boat, access to the boat ramp is available.

This Healthy Living Home is designed for comfort and peace of mind, featuring advanced air and water purification systems and chemical-free laundry practices. The environment is thoughtfully maintained for cleanliness and freshness throughout your stay.

The entire property is available to guests except for the owner’s closet. A local manager is available to assist with anything you may need. Bedrooms include a few steps between levels. Three-car maximum unless pre-approved.

What a beautiful experience from A-to-Z. The moment we walked in and noticed the cleanliness, amount of space and well thought out just overall providing for guest was very welcoming. If you’re looking for the perfect place to do it all and nearby anything you want to do and this is the place. You literally don’t have to go anywhere once you check in. The overall communication was a plus when I had questions, and the owner goes above and beyond to serve

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Had everything we needed. Very responsive host! Absolutely recommend. The dock was great, we saw dolphins and manatees, caught fish. Saw a rocket launch was so cool! The pool was clean and warm. We loved spending time outside and enjoying the space inside as well. 10/10.

Fabulous and roomy house on Merritt Island.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this terrific house. It was exactly as advertised, roomy, well appointed, great location, very clean. We enjoyed the spacious living areas as well as the pool and tiki bar. We will definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this wonderful home.

Epic!!!

We hosted out sons 1st birthday party and had a bunch of family stay with us anf everything about the place was amazing!!! Pulled my boat up to the dock. Caught some fish, swam in the pool and enjoyed every single part of our stay!!

Nice fun place

There are a lot of step downs and stairs so that was a problem for my husband and I. Pool doesn't have a stair railing to get in. Great house for all of us and the family seemed to have a good time.

We came to this place to renew our vows. It was the perfect location. It even had what i called my own bridal suite. Property owner very attentive. Fishing is awesome. Kept my family busy for hours. If your looking for a place to relax and have fun this place is for you.

Family Vacation

This is a perfect place to relax and spend time with family. The outdoor area is amazing, our family spent hours outside fishing, enjoying the heated pool, tiki bar, hot tub, and kayaking. You don’t need to leave the home to have a good time. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family dinners. We loved the proximity to the beautiful Satellite beach area and ended our stay watching the sunset and a sea turtle come ashore to lay eggs on the beach. We look forward to coming back some day soon.

Wonderful vacation home big enough for 2 families

This house was plenty big for 2 families (6 adults and 2 teenagers). The pictures do not do it justice. We loved fishing and kayaking! The 8 of us could comfortably sit in the living room and at the dining table. The beach is a short drive, but we didn't mind it. The hosts were very welcoming and we are considering coming back next summer. Don't think twice about booking here. Do it!

Girls Getaway Trip

The house was very clean, large enough for 10 ladies to sleep comfortably. Nice kitchen with stocked dishes, plates, bowls, pots & pans. Blender, coffee pot, microwave & toaster were useful. Plenty paper towels, toilet paper & garbage bags. Pool floats were in the shed. many chairs outside. The hot tub, pool & water view were wonderful! The only issues were the step down flooring in the living room and different level outside pavers by the pool area before the Tiki Hut and going down to the dock. The pool doesn't have a handrail. We all enjoyed our weekend visiting this coast! The owner Mike was very helpful if we had a question.

Relaxing & comfortable for varied interests.

Our family stayed here in late June (2 adults, 3 kids ages 14-16) with the main goal of relaxing and enjoying an area we hadn't explored. It more than delivered. The pool was relaxing with plenty of seating. The dock gave the boys endless fishing opportunities. (Frozen shrimp from a local bait shop was successful) And the space made our evenings peaceful. We saw dolphins & manatees in the canal in the morning and evenings. And we even set alarms and were able to watch a SpaceX launch right from the dock! The Space Center and beaches were close, making for great day trips. And Walmart, Target, and Publix (local grocery store) are all close enough for quick runs, if necessary. Add having a great host to the list and we would highly recommend!

Our stay was awesome! The pool was so relaxing and the dock was very fun to fish off of. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was well stocked with all the essentials of home. TVs in all the rooms was a bonus. Definitely want to come again!
