Enjoy our newly constructed beach house it is perfect for a Florida beach escape. Located 3 blocks from the beach and 5 min to Cocoa beach. Close to NASA, Disney and Cocoa Beach. The fully furnished modern beach house is yours to enjoy with family or a group of friends. This place is perfect for you if you are looking for sun, surf, sunrises, dolphins, and rocket launches.

House was much larger than expected. Felt like home while we were there. Close to all amenities needed. Small issue with pool/spa controls but host had it addressed quickly. Would love to stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at this property! Our family and another family met up and there was plenty of room for all of us (6 teenagers and 4 adults). The extras like video games and the pool were fantastic. The host was very responsive when we had questions and there were no delays. They went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic time. The location is excellent, nearby to many good things yet not a lot of traffic around. It was great to be close to the beach so we could just walk and not worry about parking. I would definitely recommend this property, and if we return to the area we will be looking for this one to be available!

Lots of room and convenient to the beach. Very clean. Property could use some updating. Outdoor pool furniture needs replacing or repair. Storage shed has beach umbrellas and chairs but full of unusable items all thrown in,making it a chore to find usable items.We had an issue with malfunctioning thermostat. Got error code and AC off twice. Ben responded to me but did not send help at my request to repair the issue but left me to figure it out.

we update the beach items in the outdoor shed every 6 months due to the humidity in Florida. The thermostat recharged and was shown working in the house and on my app and that is why we did not send a technician. We have a maintenance warranty contract and they can respond within 24 hours, as required.

Family Summer Trip

This was a great place for a family vacation. We had 7 adults and 5 kids from ages 3-13. We had plenty of room and places to get away when we needed. It is a short walk to the beach but ended up driving down because it was just too much to carry everything. Overall a great stay!

This was an awesome beach rental. Such a spacious house. Everything you need. Close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ben was amazing communicating and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the cocoa beach area.

Excellent house with lots of room

We recently stayed at the house, Ben was wonderful making sure that everything was just right for our group!!! The house was perfect there was 8 of us in our group, we all had plenty of room to relax! The pool was perfect during the day and the spa was even better at night! We grilling area was great. The house location is perfect so close to the beach, places to eat and plenty of shopping!!!! Can’t wait to book and stay here again!!!

This house was absolutely amazing!! The house and all rooms are very spacious, lots of extras in the pool shed for the beach, generous amount of towels and lots of kitchen amenities to use. Perfect weather

Family Vacation

The house was great and fit our entire family perfectly. It was in a great location and close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and game room were a big hit with the kids! Overall great experience and we would definitely stay at this house again!!

Best beach house ever!

This property was perfect! Very modern, great space, roomy with plenty of hangout space. Great neighborhood with super short walk to beautiful and clean beach. Location was great for quick access to daytona and Orlando. Will absolutely be stayhere again!
