A Place at the Beach was just right for our family of four with two kids. They loved the pool and water slide, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The unit was updated, clean, and comfortable. We were also really pleased with how quiet it was each night. Everyone around us was considerate, and the whole property had a relaxed, family friendly feel. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very happy with this unit! We have stayed at A Place at the Beach many times and this was one of our favorites for sure. VERY clean and good communication from the owner. The water pressure is amazing! My hair was so clean and shiny all week! Thank you!

We had a great vacation at this property. It is very close to the beach & the pool. The property was clean & inviting. We have stayed at this property twice, and if we come back to Atlantic Beach we will stay here again.

The location of the property was very convenient to the beach. The staff was very friendly and they were knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. I enjoyed my stay and I’m looking forward to visiting Atlantic Beach again.

Great property, great location

Great place for relaxing at the beach! From owner to office staff to security, all were helpful, available and courteous. We didn’t use the pools, but the “extras” (pools, ball courts, mini golf, and playground) make this a great location for kids. Looking forward to returning with family!

Condo was fsirly clean. Drawers in kitchen had not been wioed out for quite a long time.Multiple drawers and cupboards had screws, paint buckets and work supplies .Could not get TVs to work. Reached out to owner who gave suggestions but still unable to use them. He was very kind and responded promptly.
