This spacious (1950+ sq ft), second-floor villa features central A/C, elevator access (no stairs!), 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private lanai overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing with your favorite tropical drink. Located in one of the most sought-after complexes in Poipu, known for its luxurious amenities, central A/C, and unbeatable location. You’re just steps from the greenbelt and less than a 5-minute walk to Kauai’s best beaches!

The Space:

The Villas at Poipu Kai are just 15 years old and the newest in Poipu Kai—you won’t find a more comfortable, modern place to stay. Nestled along the coveted greenbelt, you're a short walk 6-7 minute walk from three amazing beaches, including Poipu Beach, recently named the #1 beach in America. This is one of the largest condos in the area, comfortably sleeping up to 6 (with space for small children), and ideal for both families and smaller groups.

The layout is all on one level with elevator access, so no stairs are required. Two private master suites each include their own full bathrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and additional sleeping for kids or larger groups is provided via floor mattresses or pack ’n plays. There are 2 King beds, and 2 twin beds.

The unit features brand new linens, updated kitchen supplies, beach gear, local artwork, and charming new decor throughout—it’s truly a standout place to stay.

This place is perfect!

This was the perfect condo for our week in Kauai. Clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for the beach—chairs, towels, even a wagon to haul the kiddos around. The lanai overlooked the pool and was our go-to spot for breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Vacation in easy mode!

Staying here made our vacation easy. The washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver, the lanai was peaceful, and the kids loved being so close to the pool. Everything felt cared for and thoughtfully set up. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

LOVED this condo in Poipu. Very comfortable, very clean, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive. The location was great- overlooked the pool (which was very quiet) and was a 7min walk to the beach, and Brenneke’s restaurant. The nearby beach was lovely, and there was a grassy park area with playground equipment next to it. A bakery comes and sells goodies 6 mornings a week out of the Brenneke’s snack shop. The condo is located close to several shopping areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Would Absolutely Stay Again

This villa felt like home right away. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully done with walk-in showers. The lanai was really big and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We loved the short walk to the beach to watch turtles and sunsets. This place really checked all the boxes for a family-friendly and luxurious vacation spot. I recommend it.

Perfect for Families

We stayed in F210 with our family of six and it worked out perfectly. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms meant everyone had their own space, and the open kitchen/living area was great for gathering together. The lanai overlooking the pool was our favorite spot for morning coffee. The walk to Poipu Beach was quick and easy, and the beach gear provided made days in the sun stress-free. The pool is AMAZING!!! There were days it was only our family enjoying it and I never saw more than 5-6 other people at any given time. Highly recommend staying here and this is our new go to spot.

Beautiful unit in an amazing complex

This is a spacious 3 bedroom unit that my family enjoyed for 9 nights. Two of the three bedrooms have attached bathrooms which was great so we all had our privacy. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we loved our stay. The complex is also amazing. It has a fantastic pool that was never busy and a hot tub with a waterfall inside that the kids loved! My wife appreciated the gym too. Ive already recommended this unit to my family and are planning a return trip next year. Overall it was a great experience.

12 Nights In Paradise!

We stayed in this condo for 12 nights and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the pool from the lanai made mornings extra special—we had coffee and breakfast out there every day and it was so peaceful. The complex is beautifully maintained and feels very private, yet it’s only a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants which was super convenient. Everything about the condo and the property exceeded our expectations. it all came together to make this one of the best family trips we’ve ever had. We’re already talking about when we can come back!
