Relaxing visit

We came to Orange Beach for a week stay involving work time mixed with relaxation. The Condo was perfect for location (especially enjoyed the lightning shows in the Gulf), and very comfortable living areas

Spring Break 2023

This property was awesome. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. It was in a great location and had great amenities. If I had to complain about anything it's that the outdoor furniture could be updated. Other than that everything was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

An amazing vacation!

The living room furniture was so very comfortable and we loved that the end tables and coffee table were so high as we had an 11 month old with us and she had plenty of room to play and crawl on the carpet in the living room. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed having access to so many amenities with several pools(inside and out) and the hot tubs.

Every kitchen item you could want (including an instant pot), all sorts of things available for needs of different guests from shower chair to card table and chairs to laundry hamper to toys to booster seat for toilet. It is just a wonderful property.

Great location and suite.

This is the second year that we have stayed at Sea Chase. It is a great location. In 301C, please fix the grab bars in the shower. One is loose and the second one is not even attached to the wall. I am a senior citizen, and these things are important to me. Also, the filter in the refrigerator needs changed so that the water on the outside of the refrigerator will work. However, the icemaker that you have installed in the bar area works perfectly.

Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 301C is as pictured and is nice. The master bath is dated and feels a bit worn out, but everything else feels like it's been updated in the last decade. Beds and living room furniture are very comfy. Living room rug is quite stained and should be cleaned or replaced. Coffeemaker was so gross I had to buy one for our stay. Otherwise, condo was very clean. The kitchen is very nice and we loved the ice maker in the bar area. The view is wonderful but be advised one of the resort hot tubs is directly below the balcony...we had a night with very drunk guests yelling in the hot tub until midnight. It's supposed to be quiet hours after 10, but clearly no one monitors this. Check in was super easy and the condo was ready well ahead of 5 pm, which was wonderful. Location in Orange Beach is fantastic - a neighborhood walmart across the street, plenty of restaurants to walk to (although sidewalks are intermittent - it's not accessible or great walking for the elderly). Overall, this condo was a good value for the price.

Seachase is Great!
