Bonefish Bungalow est une charmante chambre d'une chambre avec un lit de bain composé d'une unité qui peut accueillir quatre personnes avec un lit Queen et un tiroir queen. Parfait pour les amateurs de pêche, car il est situé directement sur les célèbres forets de mer de Exuma. Aussi merveilleux pour ceux qui cherchent à s'éloigner de tout cela dans un paradis paisible. Juste un saut à travers la route de sable est une passerelle qui mène à un pont avec des marches dans l'océan. Peu suffisant à marée basse pour marcher et pêcher toute la journée, ou pour nager et se détendre dans les eaux apaisantes et calmes. Profitez de la plate-forme pour des couchers de soleil incroyables, des étoiles et des bains de soleil.
Directement au-dessus de Bonefish Bungalow est un chalet de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains également disponible pour les locations si vous avez besoin de plus de place. 400 $ de nuit plus un nettoyage de sortie de 125 $.

Peaceful Escape

This lovely space is quiet, has lots of natural light, is very clean, safe, and has fabulous views from the dock. It’s very calming. Highly recommend this to anyone wishing for a peaceful retreat from the world. Easy communication with a friendly host. Would stay here again. Thank you Fina!

Wonderful.

We had a great stay, the bungalow was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the deck across the road to sit and watch the sunset. We also used the kayaks and paddled over to the blue hole and saw lots of turtles in that cove. Thank you Fina for the hospitality!

Paradise

My husband and I found the cottage fit our needs perfectly. Just across the road was paradise - the soft, blue waters of the Bahamas. There's just nothing like it. Fina was a lovely host. The roads coming to the cottage are very rough though so keep that in mind.

Paradise

I recently stayed at Bungalow on the south side of Exuma, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location offered stunning views and tranquility. Fina, the owner, was exceptional—she promptly answered all my questions and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!

Nice Place

Fina is a very good hostess. The unit is small but cosy and comfortable. My only concern were the dogs. They are very friendly but barked more than I liked.

Bonefish Bungalow

This place is so cute and cozy. Having coffee on the dock watching the sunrise and a cold Kalik to watch the sunset. And run amok on the island all day. Or just stay there and hang out on the dock, snorkel with the fish or literally walk over to the flats at low tide and bonefish. Something for everyone!

Bonefish Bungalow

We had the best week here! Everything was as expected - the roads are not ideal, but nothing you cannot navigate with a little patience. We had some issues with our flight coming in, and Fina was so kind and understanding throughout all of it! She was very responsive with any questions we had, even if they didn’t pertain to the property. This was the perfect spot to get away and relax for the week :)

Absolutely Wonderful

Fina’s place was everything my family and I could have hoped for. The location was wonderful, secluded but still close to town. Sitting on the dock and enjoying the water while walking out to the flats will be memories never forgotten. Everything we needed was stocked for us, including floats for us to enjoy. Thank you Fina for beautiful family memories. We will be back!

Perfect Fishing Getaway

The host (Fina) and the property are delightful. If you are looking to do a little DIY bonefishing - you are within a short walk/wade to miles of prime flats. If you need something more than the bungalow, ask about the other two houses on the grounds. Will definitely be back. Road wise, there will always be a mellow approach amongst the many roads leading to Seabreeze Drive. You can discover the best route on your own like I did. Or better yet, just ask Fina what she is using before you arrive. The best route can change over the year depending on storms, etc.

Great stay

Hospitality was great. Our stay was comforting and easy. Our toughest time was mostly with the roads. We got there after an and rain storm that flooded the roads and the rental car company was out of jeeps and SUVs. We got stuck with a Nissan Juke that made driving through the mini ponds quite the butt clencher. The roads are not completed throughout the island so off roading was also on hand with the car, it survived and so did we but that had no effect on the location we stayed at

Comfortable and close to the water

Once I finally arrived, after a bumpy drive, I found the one bedroom apartment to be very comfortable, and having WiFi was an extra bonus. Just across the road you can launch one of the kayaks that came with the rental. After paddling across the deeper channel, which runs along the shoreline, you will be on top of an immense sand flat that is sometimes dry, and sometimes covered with water, depending on the tides.

The roads are bad but not much we can do about it. Glad you made it in and had a good time. Those bonefish are sneaky little fellas and I hope you caught one or two. Hope to see you back again! Exuma is heaven on earth.

Excellent venue

My wife wanted somewhere to relax and chill and I specifically went to fish for bonefish. The house was an ideal set up for us, modern and with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The decking is literally 20 metres barefoot walk from the house and at low tide you can walk from there all the way out onto the flats for miles. As a bonefishing virgin I caught 20 fish over an 8 day period with the flats virtually to myself. Thankyou Fina for a great stay, already looking at dates to rebook for next year.

Exuma's best kept secret

We had a fantastic time at this place. Our host, Josefina, was on site and was flawlessly hospitable and available. The place is in a tranquil part of Exuma, with simply stunning views of the Caribbean side towards Mosquito Cay. Josefina has the place set up with all the basics to make the stay more enjoyable, plus other items such as snorkels, fins, kayaks and paddle boards. Our kids (10 and 14) truly enjoyed the stay and Josefina's hospitality. We also enjoyed the company of her dogs when they were outside. They were docile and friendly. We cannot express enough our gratitude for Josefina and her hospitality. I highly recommend this place for travellers who want to experience Exuma more like a local. It offers quiet views at sunset or during the day.

The property was as described in VRBO, Manager was very attentive to our needs. Very remote location if you want to get off the grid . Drivers beware though , roads are very bad and unmarked , we noticed the father you drive to southern part of cay, govt does not maintain roads as well. Once you arrive you will be met with views of the bay and beautiful sunrises and sunsets You must however beware of the treacherous sand fleas and No see ums, lather up with bug spray and you will enjoy your stay.

Nice Romantic getaway spot

The Bonefish Bungalow was a quaint little spot below owner Fina's home. It was clean, organized, and very well decorated. We had everything we needed for our four night stay. Fina was very gracious and invited us up for drinks and conversation. Right across the "street" was the beautiful white sands and sparkling emerald waters. The deck on the water was a nice addition. The view is amazing. Fina was very nice and was super accommodating. The location is off the beaten path a little bit but it's remote location translates to peace and quiet. You'll definitely need to rent a car to go back and forth, preferably an SUV or Jeep. I'd definitely recommend Fina's Bonefish Bungalow to anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway in a clean and contemporary accommodation that is right next to the water.

No Hot Water

The roads to get there are terrible. The locks on the doors will keep you from going upstairs or into the garage, not keeping someone from coming in. The biggest thing was NO HOT WATER. There is a TV but no access to any channels. I had to watch the final four on my phone. The worst experience I have ever had .

Hi Jeffery, I am sorry you had such a miserable experience in Exuma. It is a magical island with tons of wonderful places to see and enjoy. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about the roads as government will not address them, however the majority of our guests find this part of the charm of being in a remote island get away. Once you mentioned the doors I immediately locked them. No one can get into the garage as it is kept locked 24-7 and I am the only person who has access to the door in the stairwell..... and we really don't have crime on the island. As for the hot water as soon as I noticed it (Im on the same water heater) I got it fixed as quickly as possible (Same day which is not always easy here). Luckily we have the solar hot water shower on the dock. There are no television stations on the island at all, however the tv is a smart tv which gets Netflix, hulu, HBO, UTube and amazon prime plus you can always mirror your devices to the TV easily. I hope you will try another visit to Exuma as it is a wonderfuland charming paradise.

For what it’s worth, here’s my wife’s feedback😀:

Bonefish Bungalow is our favorite place to stay in Exuma. Love it! Love the view! Love the gazebo- day and night. Love waking up to the view and hanging out by the water to read and paddle boat with kids. The owner- Fina- is accommodating and so welcoming. Plus, having unlimited drinking water is a game-changer—no more constantly buying jugs!
