From your spacious terrace with breathtaking ocean views, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and sunrises. The outdoor dining area, equipped with a grill, allows you to create memorable dinners while soaking in the sea breeze.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer concierge services and cleaning every day (except Sunday). Experience luxury and comfort in every detail of our Penthouse at Punta Vista. Our Concierge can organize your grocery shopping, reservations, airport transfers, taxi service, sport fishing, surfboarding, paddle boarding, horseback riding, ATV, zip lining, golf are all available in the immediate area.

A 5-10 minute walk along the beach will take you to several restaurant options as well as casual spots on the beach. A 20 minute drive will take you to the charming towns of Sayulita and San Pancho. A 50 minute drive will take you to the cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta with its many cultural sites and you can even dine where Richard and Elizabeth ignited their romance.

The building has only 10 units and provides 24 hour security.

State of the art Punta Mita Hospital, just 5 minutes away, provides medical treatment and Emergency services.

***The maximum occupancy of this unit is 8 guests (ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids) with no exceptions. Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for cancellation of the reservation without refund.

**Note: Pool maintenance work will be taking place in the neighboring condominiums from May 31 to August 2025, which may cause some noise and dust during the day**
