Incredible location, comfortable condo

Very safe and secure, on site security, gated. Right on the beach and boardwalk and next to several great restaurants ... And there's a very well maintained rooftop pool with shaded gazebos and sweeping views of the bay. We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

1. The kitchen faucet was unusable water shot up in the air and it took the management company three days to repair..2. The screen door is unusable.3. The AC in the living room would not come on, the AC in the spare bedroom would only mildly cool the room.4. I don’t know if they were mouse droppings or gecko, but most things in the kitchen had to be cleaned before they were used.

The location was perfect, the pool on the roof great and everyone was great. The beautiful condo was huge. Very comfortable and a great space with a view. The home would have been perfect with a little tlc. The ac in the living room didn’t work, the sink in the kitchen sprayed water when you turned it on. Sink in master leaked, bowl under to catch water so not new. Ceiling fan in kitchen didn’t work. Only one key given to us at check in. We emailed owners about leak, told them we were trying not to use the sink to not have damage, ask for an extra key and told them of the ac problem. They emailed back quickly and said they’d send someone. They never did come. We didn’t use the kitchen for the first few days and spent money out to dinner. We got the condo for the kitchen to save on eating out. It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful home is not being taken care of like it should and at that price point everything should be working properly. I would stay there again but I’d make sure things are in good working order before booking.

Great location but there are much better

I chose this particular condominium because I like the location of Villas Vista Del Sol and I have stayed in this building many times. This was the only ocean front unit that was available when I booked. This was the most expensive unit that I have ever booked in this building and it was by far the least appealing in many ways. Cosmetically, the refrigerator and stove were subpar. The only garbage cans were in the bathrooms. When I contacted the management team for this unit, they thanked me for that information but never did supply one. The living room television was not connected to the internet so viewing choices were limited. Although there was an attempt to fix this they were unable to do so and apparently they came up with no solution. Any other unit that I have rented in this building was only two thirds the cost of this one (even at the same time of year) including a gorgeous remodeled corner unit with a wraparound balcony. They did have excellent air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. This unit is clean and certainly fine in a pinch but if you like Villas Vista Del Sol I would suggest only staying in this unit if others aren’t available.

Great location Close to town and close to the beach. Very walkable. Love the old Mexican style. The breeze through is great. The rooftop pool was great except they should have used different tile. It’s really hot. We loved our 10 day stay and would go back for sure

Cherie was an excellent guest. Communication was clear and smooth, they respected all house rules, and left the property in great condition. We would gladly host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.
