Toward the back of the home, a second living area offers plush seating, smart and cable TV, and patio doors that open directly to your private lanai. The fully enclosed lanai features a table for four, three chaise loungers, two reclining chairs with stools, and a foldable card table with chairs for extra entertainment space. The backyard is semi-private, with fencing that gives you peace and quiet—and you can’t even see the neighbors from the pool!
