There's a particular kind of stillness that comes with waking up on the water. At this Melbourne Beach retreat, the ocean isn't a view you have to seek out — it's the first thing you hear in the morning and the last thing you see at night.

Completed in 2024, this is a brand-new build designed with intention. The master bedroom anchors the experience — a fireplace, a private terrace, and ocean views that make it genuinely hard to leave. For up to six guests, the space is generous without feeling sprawling, the kind of place where a group settles in quickly and starts to feel at home.

Outside, the property earns its keep. A heated pool and hot tub are steps from the sand, with a shared cabana that makes day-to-night easy — a wine fridge to keep things cold, an ice trough for the afternoons, and beach chairs and surfboards ready when you are. When the light drops, the fire pit becomes the natural gathering point.

Above it all, the rooftop deck offers the full picture: open sky, salt air, and an uninterrupted horizon that reminds you why you came.

Melbourne Beach is quieter and less trafficked than its neighbors to the north and south — which is exactly the point. The kind of coastline where you can actually hear the waves.



Pool can be heated for $50 per day.

All requests to heat pool must be for entire stay.

Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
