This is the perfect place where you can come home to after a long day visiting and walking around the museums and monuments to a nice and sparkling clean place fully stocked to cook your own meals. You will have access to the outdoors space in the back during your stay. The space includes an outdoor dining area, and seating for relaxing.



The Space:

Please note this property has a separate in-law suite located in the basement. When we have guest renting our home we are either staying at our home in Delaware or the basement apartment of this home when we need to be in DC.



***Before renting our home, please note quiet time starts at 11:00 PM when using the backyard, and no parties are allowed. ***



Our neighborhood, Woodridge, is located in Northeast Washington, DC. The neighborhood sits near Brookland, Union Market, and Langdon park in NE D.C. We have a popular brewpub (Public Option) down the street and the amazing Zeke's coffee shop is just a few blocks away. Many restaurants are a short hop away at Union Market and in Brookland around 12th St NE as well as the Catholic University area. There is a locally own organic store, Aurora Market II, walking distance as well but please check hours before going.



The main level of the house has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a half bathroom. The 2nd floor has a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and attached balcony overlooking the backyard. The 2nd floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry with washer and dryer.

The space is great for up to six people including children. Please note the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed while the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds.



The house has a full kitchen for your own cooking and snacking needs, along with some basic kitchen supplies, including glasses dishes, mugs, bowls and utensils, pots and pans, and complementary coffee.

Also, we have high speed wifi connection, over 100 movies on Apple TV for you to watch for free (our personal Collection) also the Apple TV has Netflix ready to stream.



What we provide: clothes racks, iron, towels, and a hairdryer.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the main two floors of the home as well as the deck to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

This charming home with modern amenities is in the Woodridge neighborhood of northeast DC. This home is a short drive to several trending areas in northeast DC such as Union Market, Ivy City, Brookland, Catholic University. In addition, the home is located near Hyattsville and College Park Maryland. The neighborhood has a suburban feel to it with a large park nearby. The National Mall is about 3 miles from the home.



Getting Around:

Street parking is typically abundant in front of the home. This area of DC does not require a parking permit for on street parking. Also, Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around from our home if you are not driving. There are metro bus routes near by that will take you to the Rhode Island or Brookland metro stations if you prefer public transportation.

The exterior of the property is audio/video monitored with Ring and Nest security cameras.



- THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.



- Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.



- THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE.
