With an enviable perch on the rooftop of the ever-popular Ariel Dunes resort, Pinkie Flamingo inhaled the delicious Gulf Breeze and took in the sweeping views of Seascape and the panoramic coastline below. Pinkie had always been fond of this stretch of Emerald Coast paradise along the Scenic Gulf Drive in sunny Florida, characterized by its well-balanced mix of dining and attractions. Today she was about to pop in on yet another new guest nest. “The more the merrier! One can never have too many vacation retreats to offer”.

Enjoy all of the amenities Ariel Dunes has to offer including, seasonally-heated zero entry pool, kiddie pool with fountain, hot tub, BBQ Grills and fitness center. Pinkie's guests enjoy full resort access featuring on-site golf, tennis and bike rentals…how convenient! Pop in for a snack at the resort's on-site Cabana Café. Plus it has some of Pinkie's favorite Gulf-front restaurants like the Whale's Tail and Surf Hut serving fresh local seafood with sweeping water views. Visitors are mesmerized by the fabulous wide, clean beaches and the sparkling Emerald green water. We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Chaser at Ariel Dunes. The place was exactly as pictured. It has a huge balcony, with a view of the ocean as well as the pools. It was clean and the perfect size for our group of 7. It is a great location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Also is a quick walk to the beautiful white sand beach. I suggest checking out Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf and HarborWalk Village. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this home and location. We stayed March 29- April 3, 2026

My stay was fantastic; the unit was clean and well kept. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating but they should be open later on weekends and when there are special events. The elevators on the other hand, NO GOOD. They need to be a priority; a staff member said the one bank had been down for a couple months and that is unacceptable when you are hosting events where thousands are staying on your property.

Condo was clean. The toaster didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work. Had to run clothes through 3 times to get the dry. The water dispenser in the fridge leaked all over the floor. So no filtered water. There was no Keurig as bragged about by the owner in the pre arrival communications. I specifically requested before booking if beach chairs were available as we were flying in and unable to bring our own. She stated yes they were and there were none. When we notified the owner of no beach chairs, keurig or the toaster not working, they stated beach chairs would be delivered the next day, they were not. No other mention of coffee or toaster. I notified them that the chairs were not delivered with no response. Nice condo, nice location, nice pools and property. Not great customer service when we had a 8 day stay with no beach chairs.
