Belle maison dans un emplacement parfait.

Ceci est une belle maison lumineuse, moderne, spacieuse, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain. 15 minutes de l'aéroport; 15 minutes du Strip; 30 minutes au lac Mead; 30 minutes du barrage Hoover.
Idéal pour les familles, les petits groupes et les voyageurs d'affaires.
La maison a un grand salon avec foyer au gaz et télévision par câble au premier étage. Au 2e étage se trouve une suite parentale surdimensionnée avec lit queen, commode et dressing. En outre, il y a une salle de bains privative avec douche. La chambre n ° 2 a un lit queen-size très confortable et un placard. La chambre # 3 a un lit queen et un placard. De plus, il y a une autre salle de bain complète dans le couloir.
Également situé au 2ème étage est une kitchenette / salle de café avec cafetière Keurig, (sélections de café et de thé complémentaires) petit réfrigérateur rempli d'eau et de jus de fruits, micro-ondes et une table avec 4 chaises.

When we walked in, we all said "Nice". We went upstairs and said "this is great". The home was beautifully decorated. I would recommend this home to anyone. We would not hesitate to reserve this at a future date. They had everything we needed and plenty of it.

Our brief stay could not have been more enjoyable. Immaculate describes the house. All necessities provided, and many luxury amenities too. Booking and our entire stay was as uncomplicated and easy as could be. Prompt, cordial communication with host. Modern house with charming decor in very quiet community. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and comfortable. The host was a good communicator. The house is shared although you will not see the host on your part of the house. I would have been more comfortable with this if we had a lock on our side as well as on their side. Other than that- a pleasant stay - would recommend

When you walk in there is a door like it would go to a kitchen area that it locked from the other side and says private with a covering you can’t see in there. You go upstairs another section is blocked off. There is a garage there but no access in or no way inside house to go to garage. Only one way in and out that’s the front door. We finally got a feeling someone else was living in that part of the house. We all had a very uneasy feeling there even our teenage daughter and her friend didn’t even want to stay. Luckily it was just one night. We were out first thing next morning. Just wished it would have been disclosed that someone else would be living in the home and we would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

Thank you for taking the time and reviewing your stay in our house. Unfortunately, you did not read our entire listing. Have you read it you would have clearly seen the information which answers all your complaints. The title states house/suite, which means you do not rent the whole house. Our listing also details everything for the guests and it does not include a kitchen, garage or backyard. Also in our listing: "There is a separate living space in the house accessible from the garage and backyard where the owner will occasionally reside." We cannot be held responsible for you not reading the listing and renting the wrong house.

My Stay

Overall the property was great. I personally had a few hiccups that I noticed. The first one was that the property is listed that there is a pool. I didn't see any access to the pool area. The house is sectioned off with the owners living in the downstairs area and they never really bothered us. Most of the time we didn't even know they were there. The other issue that I had was Sunday morning I went to take a shower and even after leaving the water running for about 5 mins to attempt to get it to at least warm water it never did. I don't know if the property owners were taking a shower or had just taken one but even the whole 10 mins that I was trying to take a shower (attempting to get the water warm and while actually showering) it never did get about slightly cold. I would suggest if they are going to stay there they might want to get an electric tankless heater. This should allow the water to get warm and be good for all people in the house. Other than that the property was nice, In a good neighborhood, about 5 miles from the strip and plenty of food places around if you want to get out for a quick bite close tot he location.
