Cette belle 5 chambres bord de l'océan copropriété dispose de toutes les commodités que les locataires auront besoin pour des vacances reposantes à la plage. Plus de 2600 pieds carrés d'espace signifie beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille. La cuisine gastronomique est équipée avec des appareils haut de vikings de ligne et tous les extras pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Ceci est une maison familiale et conviviale avec des joueurs Wii, Blu-ray, wi-fi, des jeux et des puzzles pour toute la famille à apprécier. Il est seulement un bloc 1/2 à la plage.

Je suis désolé mais nous ne louons pas à des personnes de moins de 25 ans, et ne vais pas louer pendant les semaines supérieurs.

Unit far nicer than the pictures show! Perfect for extended family/multi family stay. Only comment is to be aware ice maker is slow, so bring some extra cube trays or buy ice.

Siblings reunion

I stayed at this property with 2 other families and their children. We had 13 people in total and we felt there was enough space to have large meals together as well as have space in our rooms when needed. The property manageable was super responsive when I had questions. The small touches in the kitchen and shared area were very nice. The location and property overall were very good for our families and we would stay here again.

This is an attractive and well-maintained property just a short walk to the beach. Directions for access and use were clear and complete. A problem with a door lock was addressed immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very informative and communicative. Very easy to access the property. Location was perfect for walking to many popular spots and the beach was a half block away. The property was even more spacious than expected. Plenty of room for all ten of us! The elevator made taking things up and down much easier!! I would recommend!

54th Street

Great setup with easy access to beach and local sites. Owners and local management were easy to access however not needed. Having a downstairs storage bin was great so you didn't have to haul everything back up (there is an elevator) each trip. There is a outdoor shower and spigot for you to wash the salt/sand off each visit. We had a great stay and look forward to another visit soon.

Perfect for families who love the beach!

This 5 bedroom condo is a half block from the beach in an elevatored building. It is wheelchair accessible. It is clean and well maintained. The two dedicated parking places were great to have in crowded Ocean City. The updated kitchen was well stocked. The owners are friendly and responsive.

Great location!

Our group included eight adults. Ken (owner) was great with communication leading up to our stay and even made a last minute request for towels and linens happen for us. The property is huge, large bedrooms and a fun communal space. The location within walking distance to Mackey’s, Seacrets and Fagers Island was so convenient. I highly recommend this property. We had a blast!

40th Birthday Weekend

This property was very spacious, perfect location to all the restaurants we wanted to go to, easy walk to the beach, and very well maintained. There was plenty of parking along the side street right next to the building in case there are more than 2 cars in the group. We had a group of 13 adults and there was plenty of room for us all, we had a wonderful time celebrating this birthday weekend at this condo and will be interested in renting it again in the future!

I couldn't have been happier with the condo. My family of 14 including grand kids had plenty of room. The open floor common area gave us all a chance to sit and chat, play cards, or watch TV after spending the day at the beach only a 5 minute walk away.
