Magnifique condo en bord de mer en face de South Village w / épicerie, boutiques, restaurants, etc. Situé dans le complexe Sea Shell Condominium, cette unité au dernier étage peut accueillir 6 personnes et dispose d'un balcon enveloppant avec de multiples vues (océan inclus). Le clubhouse, les toilettes, le sauna et les douches sont privés avec votre propre accès à la plage. Condo dispose de nouveaux meubles et salles de bains mises à jour. This was a perfect location for us. We don’t rent a vehicle and so much was walkable as well as the free bus services in the area. There is a market across the street, several eating places and shopping. The beach is great. The condo was very clean and met all our needs for 2 couples. Kitchen was well supplied for all cooking. I would stay here again!

This condo was fabulous. It is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Access to the beach from the condo was great and beach chairs and umbrellas were available. The condo is also directly across the street from Captain Kirk’s and other stores, including a grocery store or within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo. In addition, the condo was great, large clean with great seating in the living room and a super large TV.

Great location!

This location was perfect - right on the beach, multiple restaurants, etc. within easy walking distance. Its an older building but this unit has been kept in good condition and has the basic amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great time at the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. The condo was clean and had beach toys for our kids to play with at the beach. Room was quiet and comfortable! Will be looking into this condo when we return to the beach!

A hidden gem

Amazing location, beautiful area. Photos do not the condo property justice. Plenty of kitchen / beach items. You do need your beach towels but there are very close locations to get them or hop on the trolley and go to the village. Would book again

Location, location, location

This property has it all! Beach on one side, cute little restaurants and grocery on the other; with Stickney pt bridge right out front. 2bed,2bath,wrap around deck on 2 sides. Everything you need! We've stay here 2 years in a row and loved everything about it. Management answers any questions very quickly and is very accommodating! Thank you for the great place to stay.

Great location right on the beach.

The location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and Point of Rocks. The beach is super clean and beautiful. Access to the beach was secure and easy. It was not overcrowded even during Memorial weekend. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the reclining couches. We had access to all the amenities we needed, although having a washer/dryer in the condo would be nice. Public w/d was readily available. Just need to get coins. The owner was great at communicating. I did not have info on how to get in. I contacted her and she got back to me right away. Keyless entry was very convenient. We had a view of the pool, but not a great view of the ocean, however the wrap around deck was a nice feature. The only thing we didn’t know about was the parking. The under building parking was so low that we couldn’t clear it with out luggage carrier. We have a VW Atlas and I’m not sure it would have cleared it without the luggage carrier. We had to park at the open spaces in front. First weekend parking was tricky but after Memorial Weekend, it was a nonissue. We would definitely go back.

The location is absolutely perfect, on the beach, has a lots of restaurants across the street, condo has everything you need, kind of old, but very clean .From huge tv thru beach toys, you got everything. Perfect place for vacation with kids.

Great location on Crescent Beach!

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo suited my family with two teenagers very well. Right across the street there’s a small grocery store, multiple restaurants, and easy access to a free trolley stop. As far as restaurants go in the area, I’d recommend The Toasted Mango and Miguel’s, but there’s a lot of other great options as well. There’s two lively bars that play music across the street. Fun to listen from the balcony, but thankfully it stayed really quiet inside the condo. We also appreciated access to the laundry room located near the elevators. Our favorite part of this location was the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach!!! You can rent lounge chairs and an umbrella for $15 a day. The condo offers a cooler and a few toys to use at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is in dire need of help.

We found blood on the shower curtain in the guest bedroom, hair in master bedroom shower, a dirty towel folded poorly under the sink in the master bedroom and food and dirt under the couch. The bed slats fell when we sat on the bed so just one of us slept in it until my husband fixed it. Very disappointed with this condo.

I'm sorry regarding these issues, but this is the first I am hearing from you back on March 12th. I wish you would have notified me as soon as you arrived. I will be in touch with my cleaning service regarding this matter. and will make sure it does not happen in future. Worked great for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay in this family-friendly condo. A condo complex on the beach was a must for us and this fit the bill—no busy street to cross, just a short walk down and across the parking lot. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk to Point of Rocks, which we also loved exploring at low tide. So many beautiful shells to be found at low tide! We also were thankful for the use of the community beach chairs—there were always plenty of them, even in the afternoon when the beach was busy. The condo itself was updated enough that it felt clean, but not too fancy—we weren’t stressed about our kids being kids (ages 5 and 7). The pool was also great—heated and clean, with access to bathrooms. The patio is on a busy road, but it was muted enough inside that it didn’t interrupt our sleep (and I’m a light sleeper). The blinds on the windows seemed new and kept the rooms pretty dark in the morning. I do wish there was a blind on the patio door in the master—we had to rig up a solution to this because I am a light sleeper and would have awakened as soon as the sun came up as the patio door lets in a lot of light, especially in the morning. Check in and check out was VERY easy and the owner was great at communicating with us!

Two of the tv’s didn’t work, the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We lost all of the items in our freezer. We have been coming to this property for 40 years. It needs updating. The owner was nice about our bad experiences but didn’t offer us any refund. I won’t stay in this unit again.

Condo was very clean, location/Beach was excellent. Kitchen could use an update. No shade/curtain on door to patio from master bedroom so we had a little trouble sleeping. But otherwise a very nice condo.
