Great location

My family enjoyed the quaint cottage, especially the three season room. It could be improved upon if the windows were easier to open so we didn’t have to use the air conditioner so much as it was pretty hot during our stay. Just having to walk and not drive to the nice Sea St beach was definitely the highlight.

The location of the cottage is fantastic. 8 minutes to Sea St Beach! We had everything we needed; stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, new grill, fans and air conditioners in the bedrooms. However, the furniture and beds were extremely uncomfortable and took away from the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great but the locks on the doors are very old and we had a hard time getting in and out of the house because of this.

First Family Vacation

We loved this house. Perfect location to walk to the beach every day, and so close to everything else we needed too! (SUNDAE SCHOOL is at the corner of the street, can't beat that!) We would love to stay here again.

The House with the Red Door

This was a very clean house with plenty of dishes, utensils pots and pans. It’s in a great walking location to the beach, snack bar and a fancy restaurant at the end of the street.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The water heater was not working. I spent one day off my vacation on the phone talking to your staff about water heating system, doing maintenance work of resetting the system and relocating to another site.

This is the house we transferred Anthony to. He is reviewing 432 Seat St Unit 4 which is a trainwreck right now but the software assigned it to the house he rented. -DM

Good amount of utensils in the kitchen. Toilet paper roll holder is not secure. A roll wound up in the toilet, when my son pulled at the wrong angle. Didn’t use it after that Twin bed is not comfortable, it slants Like the screened in porch. May want to secure the garbage container consistent with the recycling container, animals got into it overnight. Need to oil the incredibly loud squeaking door.

The outside is adorable, super cute. But the inside was very disappointing. The owners and management company should be ashamed of the condition of this property. I have been going to the cape since i was 10 years old. I get its a beach house. However, they did not take comfort of their guests as a priority. The furniture was so old and worn we couldnt even sit on the couches. It a as like sitting on wood. The armrests were down to the framing. And the mattresses were stiff as boards. I ended up spending an extra 400 for two gel mattress toppers. My husband and i couldnt sleep in the same bed because it squeaked so much and was so small. You could easily fit a queen mattress in this property. The bathroom looked like it was out of the 70s with a rusted over the toilet cabinet and dirty. The best part of this place was the outdoor shower. The house itself needs a refresh of decor and new furniture. It looked like it was all picked up on the side of the road. It made it hard yo be confortable and relax after working remotely all day. The place was so dirty from the blinds to the decorations filled with years of dust. I would stay clear of this property. Do not recommend.
