New construction/Views!/Hot Tub!/Fire Pit!/Just off the Spur between PF & G'burg

New construction modern rustic cabin is located just off the Spur/Hwy 321-441 between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It has the most spectacular views of Mount LeConte and the surrounding mountains. The cabin has two decks, the upper deck for grilling and dining and the lower deck for relaxing in the hot tub or lounging next to the fire pit. Both levels have the same view of the mountains! There is a game room with air hockey and two video games and a 65" TV and sofa/bed for an additional TV area.

The location:
This is our second cabin in the area as we purchased a cabin back in 2015 and have enjoyed sharing it with guests since then. We found this lot after the wildfire in 2016 and decided to build a cabin on it this past year. It was just completed in August 2025, and we are so excited to put it on the rental program so that others can enjoy it too.

*SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 king bed (sleep number) 1 queen bed (sleep number) and 1 pullout sofa bed queen.

Lower level: bedroom #2 SleepNumber Queen bed
Sleeper sofa located in TV/movie area next to the game room.

*AMENITIES: Hot tub, game room, fully stocked kitchen, propane gas grill with extra propane tanks stored on site, outdoor seating on both the upper and lower decks, spectacular views!

*VIEWS: Year-round unobstructed views of Mount LeConte and surrounding mountains.

*OUTDOOR SPACES: Large upper and lower decks that face the mountain with both having spectacular views. The upper deck has a Webber gas grill and Trex dining set to accommodate up to 6. Also, there are two additional sitting chairs with a small table between them great for sipping coffee in the early morning and enjoying the view. The lower deck features a 7-person hot tub with a list assist cover remover, a Members Mark deep seating hand woven wicker with Sunbrella cushions and a gas fire pit table.

*ENTERTAINMENT: Air hockey table and two arcade style video games in the game room and a deck of playing cards. Four Samsung QLED WiFi connected TVs with a Spectrum TV app on each TV with access to local and basic TV channels. Also, the following apps included: HBO MAX Basic with ads, ESPN Unlimited, Disney+, Paramount+Essential, Peacock Premium with Ads, FOX One, AMC+ with Ads, Tennis Channel and VIX Premium with Ads.

*CONNECTIVITY: Spectrum high speed unlimited internet.

*KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave and quartz countertops, fully stocked with standard essentials plus Keurig, traditional drip coffee maker. blender, crock pot, toaster, hand mixer and air fryer.

*DINING: Indoor dining for 6, plus outdoor dining for 6 on the upper deck.

*LOCATION & PARKING: Located in Gatlinburg, just 1 mile up a mountain road off of the spur/HWY441. 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, 4 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park, and 4 miles from Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking for multiple cars on or near the paved driveway or gravel area.

When booking this cabin, you are booking the entire cabin. You will be provided a door code to be used on the lock at the main entrance door of the cabin to gain access during your stay.

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. It is recommended that guests that plan to use the hot tub bring beach towels to use as we only provide bath towels.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent pod, 2 kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel starter kit.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a crock pot, blender, toaster, microwave, air fryer, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular drip coffee maker.

4. Do you provide any baby items? – I'm sorry but we do not at this time.

5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane.

6. Do you provide firewood? – No, our fireplace and fire pit table are propane gas.

7. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. **THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED**

8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.

9. Is there a community club house and pool area? – No.

10. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees.

11. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay.

12. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email a few days prior to your check in day.

13. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 3pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.

14. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded if within the window of non-refund.

15. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 1 mile drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved.

16. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.

17. Is this cabin secluded? – This cabin is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. This area lost most all of the cabins in the 2016 Gatlinburg wildfire. In this particular area we are the only owners that have built back yet so the cabin is very secluded.

18. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular!

19. What TV package / channels do you provide? – There are four Samsung QLED WiFi connected TVs in the cabin. You can stream your own personal streaming apps or there is a Spectrum Select Plus Plan TV app on each TV with access to 160+ local and cable TV channels. Also, free access to the following apps: HBO Max Basic w/ads, ESPN Unlimited, Disney+, Paramount+Essential, Peacock Premium w/ads, FOX One, AMC+ w/ads, Tennis Channel, VIX Premium w/ads.

20. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited Spectrum high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi.

21. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here.

22. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in, or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
