Welcome to "Mountain Calling," a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg. This serene retreat offers the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to downtown excitement, located just a short walk from all the action. The condo features two luxurious King bedrooms and a charming kids' loft, which includes a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for the little ones. You can savor spectacular mountain views from the spacious balcony and enjoy sights of the Sky Bridge and Space Needle right from your balcony. The trolley into town stops right at the corner, making it easy to explore Gatlinburg without the hassle of driving. You'll also enjoy a seasonal resort pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days.

The main floor offers an open dining, living, and kitchen area, creating a welcoming space for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the cozy fireplace in the living room is perfect for relaxing evenings. Access the balcony from the living room for stunning views. The main floor features one King bedroom with a private bath and another King bedroom with a shared bath. The loft bedroom includes a twin bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and an attached full bath. Each area has its own full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for all guests.

There is plenty of parking available, with the HOA limiting two cars per guest. You can park your car and skip the traffic since downtown is within walking distance. The condo complex is a little older and you could tell it hadn't had a real deep clean in a long time but overall it was a decent rental. It was an easy walk in to downtown Gatlinburg but it was one heck of a walk back up (I learned I need to start working out more.) We were in town for the cheer comp and this was perfect for our 2 families to save some money versus a hotel.

Yes everything was very clean and neat and the same as it was presented online I only had one complaint of the master bedroom mattress was extremely soft and really worn out

Beautiful View and Excellent location!

We recently had a 3 night stay here with our family. There was the perfect amount of space to be comfortable and the location was ideal for enjoying anything in downtown Gatlinburg as well as be an easy drive to the National Park where we spent the majority of our stay hiking. We saw bears on the property every single day!

Cabin rental

A few things about this rental unit. The location is great - trolley stop right out front. Lots of steps up to the 3rd floor. The coffee maker does not work and the toaster barely does, the kitchen sink does not drain very well and the couch cushions were torn. Also the beds are terribly old and uncomfortable.

Needs some updates and TLC

The space was sufficient for our needs. However, the door to the 2nd king room did not close completely. The shared bathroom sink has a leak underneath in the cabinet. Could use some storage somewhere for groceries and such.And there was not available WiFi. Which is a small inconvenience.
