Coral Soleil Haus is a sun-soaked waterfront vacation home in Cape Coral, set along a Gulf-access canal with western exposure and beautiful sunset views. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home features a private heated saltwater pool, game room, firepit, kayaks, bikes, fishing access, outdoor dining, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry, and free parking.

The open-concept layout is ideal for families and groups, with comfortable gathering spaces, smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, and family-friendly amenities including a pack ’n play, bassinet, changing table, and high chair. Outside, guests can enjoy the heated pool, hammock, grill, canal views, pool toys, life jackets, bikes, kayaks, and peaceful waterfront setting.

Located in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood, Coral Soleil Haus offers convenient access to boating, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, shopping, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and other Southwest Florida attractions.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be approved before booking. Due to severe owner allergies, cats and shedding dogs cannot be accommodated. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

To help protect the home and ensure a smooth stay, guests may be asked to complete identity verification and sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement simply outlines house rules, and liability requirements.
1. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time: 4PM
• Check-out time: 11AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
• The maximum number of guests allowed is 9.
• No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

3. Noise and Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
• Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud music, parties, or gatherings that could cause disturbances.

4. No Parties or Events
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless previously approved.
• Guests violating this rule may be asked to vacate without a refund.

5. No Smoking
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

6. Pet Policy
• Pets are not allowed ESA animals included due to Health issues.

7. Parking
• Guests may park in driveway spots only. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or garages. Parking on the street is illegal in the City of Cape Coral and may result in being towed.

8. Trash and Recycling
• Please dispose of trash and recycling in the bins provided. Bring trash to curb Sunday evening
• Ensure bins are properly closed to avoid attracting wildlife.

9. Kitchen Use
• Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.
• Wash all used dishes and put them away before check-out.

10. Energy Conservation
• Please turn off lights, fans, and other electronics when not in use.
• Help us conserve energy by setting the thermostat to a reasonable level. Thermostat can not be set lower than 68 or it will freeze up and stop working.

11. Security and Safety
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or other safety devices.

12. No Unauthorized Filming or Photography
• No professional photo or video shoots, including adult content, are allowed on the property.

13. Damages and Accidents
• Report any damages, accidents, or issues promptly.
• Guests are responsible for any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please note: all pool screen panels that are damaged are $100-$500 to replace, depending on size and will fall back on the guest.


14. Use of Amenities
• Follow specific guidelines for use of pool, fireplace, or other amenities.
• No glass containers in or around the pool area.
• No children unattended in pool area or near canal
• Children must wear lifejacket on the pier
• Pool Heating is $35 additional per day

15. Compliance with Local Laws
• Guests must comply with local ordinances and laws, including any noise or occupancy regulations.

16. No eating in the pool or around the pool. Food or beverage caps left in the pool or planter will require a $100 additional cleaning fee for pool company to come out for an additional clean.

17. No water balloons. Unfortunately they are a choking hazard for smaller guests and finding all the remanence is an extremely hard task.
