The house was well stocked, plenty of room, clean and had everything we could need for the beach! We had a really great trip to Sanibel thanks mostly to the comforts the property offered.

Everything was fabulous immaculate the pool, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, everything the decorating anything you reached for or needed it was there clean the pool was clean everything you need to go to the beach was there beautiful beach towels it made you feel really good to be there that the house that helped us through the booking was excellent up and above! It’s an experience to stay there!

The house is exactly as the pictures show...clean, beautiful and very beachy vibes. The distance to the beach is short and the buggies provided helped to carry all your beach gear (including the umbrellas they provide). The pool is just perfect to take a plunge after a hot day at the beach...or hang out there all day when you don't feel like lugging everything to the beach!The owners and the management company were very quick to respond when you have any questions! Will definitely stay again if we head back to Sanibel.

Cutest little house on Sanibel! Super clean and so thoughtfully decorated. They have everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation! Sent the owners a note when we got here, just to let them know we were here and they responded immediately. Never had to contact them again because the house is just that perfect! Kitchen is fully stocked, the pool is adorable and immaculate and the shed has so many beach necessities! We got married while we were here and the house was our perfect little home away from home while we were here. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic home. Pictures and descriptions are exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and area. About a 5 minute walk to the gulf. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach equipment in the shed. Pool was very relaxing in the afternoons after a morning of shelling. Many restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed Wickes and Mudbugs. Will definitely be returning.

This property is amazing. It is absolutely the best rental we have ever reserved. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful, and pool is just right. There is no detail that is missing. We are so thankful that the owners rebuilt after Ian and kept the originality with making every detail even more stunning. Found some great shells also.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed in this beautiful house with our Best friends from Alabama. We felt like we were home, from the bright decor to everything you might need in the kitchen to cook some meals at home. The pool was a plus on those hot summer days and nights. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Anniversary celebration in Sanibel

My wife and I celebrated our 30 th anniversary at this lovely house on Sanibel. It is better than the pictures and description show. We were very well pleased with the communication between the manager and us . We would love to rent this accommodation again!

Beautiful house. Nice location. I would recommend. However, although heated pool was included per listing, pool was not heated upon arrival. Maintenance had to come out 3 times during the week to re-start the pool heater. Finally, maintenance showed me how to turn it on. It switched off every night, which meant we could never use the pool in the morning. Also, directions/user ID for tv and remotes would have been helpful.

Mickie, Thank you for your review. We will add the instructions to the guestbook of how to turn the heater on. We do not preheat the pool before the guests get in. Unfortunately, there were a few power outages that week on Sanibel that caused the timer of the pool to be off by several hours. The heater runs for eight hours and works with the pool filter timer. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding

Wow! This house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. It is well laid out, with beautiful and thoughtful decorating. The kitchen has all manner of utentils, is large and energetic with its vibrant wall coloring, and touches of that color are repeated everywhere. A tea kettle would be appreciated. Unlike the usual rental house with mostly bare walls, there is tasteful art in abundance and the beach theme is predominant. Nice pool area off master bedroom. Pillows and bedspreads are gorgeous. In keeping with the rest of the high quality furnishings, an investment in nicer sheets would be welcome and brigher LED light bulbs in lamps would brighten things at night. But overall, one of the best houses we have rented, and that includes properties around the world. We truly enjoyed staying here!

Another great stay

We recently returned from a two week stay at Island Sanibel Sol. This was our second time renting this house. It is phenomenal. It is approximately 500 steps to the beach access. The backyard is private and extremely beautiful. The owners have provided everything needed for eating in as well beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, toys for the pool, etc. It is easily our most famous place to rent...anywhere. Thank you Guido for allowing us to rent again. We would like to stay again in the future. It is PERFECT.

Awesome place for a family beach vacation!!

The house was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures! The private pool was great and we used it every single day for a week. The beach was a close enough walk away that even our teenager didn't complain about the walk. Even though there was a motel right next door that always had people around, the entire property felt like our own private tropical island because of the amazing lush landscaping that created a great sense of privacy. Everything in the house was clean and in good working order. The shed full of beach gear was well organized and full of all of the beach gear we needed for the week.... We didn't have to buy anything! It's the best set of equipment I've ever seen in a VRBO unit and it was so well organized that we didn't have to dig through a huge pile of junk to find what we needed. This is clearly a well-loved and well-maintained house. We almost never stay in the same place twice because we like seeing different towns and different parts of the towns we do return to, but it would be tough to pass this place up the next time we go to Sanibel! I never needed to call the owner for any repairs or other issues with the property, but the one time I did try to call (to see about extending our stay) the call went to voicemail and I got a message saying that the mailbox was full and couldn't accept any messages. That was on a Sunday morning though, so I don't see any major problem with it. I'm sure we could have reached someone through the emergency contact info if it had been urgent, but it wasn't.

The house is amazing! Very close to beach entrance and lots of beach supply’s. The pool is more like a spalling or plunge pool but very nice coming back from the beach! Wonderful well spent!

Excellent for the price point

The house was absolutely beautiful and the beach themed decorations were a cute touch. Having the covered private pool was nice when we were tired of the beach. It was a short walk to the beach but you can cut through the beach resort to get to a nice section of the beach. The only down side was the dishes and utensils at the house weren’t the nicest and we had to clean them before we could use. The grill was pretty disgusting but apart from that. I would rate the house a 4/5 stars.
