Vivez au centre de la ville où tout ce que notre "village" a à offrir est littéralement à l'extérieur de votre porte. Cela comprend cafés, épiceries, magasins, théâtre, restaurants, musique live, sentiers de randonnée / vélo et la place de la ville. Notre appartement est chaleureux et confortable avec une abondance de lumière naturelle. La chambre est belle avec un lit queen-size extrêmement confortable. La grande cuisine est parfaite pour créer un repas cuisiné à la maison et la salle de bain est impeccablement propre. WiFi et une télévision à écran plat inclus :)

L'appartement dispose d'une entrée privée. Vous bénéficiez d'un espace de stationnement dédié hors rue pour la durée de votre séjour. C'est un gros problème compte tenu de notre emplacement :) Il n'y a pas d'escaliers pour naviguer, seulement deux étapes au total. Une étape pour entrer dans l'appartement et une pour entrer dans la salle de bain. Nous avons un four mural à gaz pour garder les choses au chaud et confortable. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont derrière une porte dans la cuisine, cela ne pourrait pas être plus pratique. Toutes les lumières, y compris le bain sont sur les gradateurs, de sorte que vous pouvez créer l'ambiance que vous voulez.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Gary's property was extremely clean, very well stocked and the full kitchen was a real plus. Many restaurants and a grocery store were within a 30 second to 2 minute walk. Pretty hard to beat. Gary was a great communicator as well.

Great space in a Great Location

This is the fourth time we've stayed here, and we were once again very please with having a living room, separate bedroom, and kitchen after a series of more confined hotels. Gary Ferronni has also made little, but important, upgrades like adding a window air conditioner i n the living room. This is definitely THE place sto stay for a couple without a car in Mill Valley.

Comfortable little apartment. There must be half a dozen restaurants within a couple of blocks, plus a good bakery, plus the Mill Valley Market. I had to take care learning how to back down the driveway to the parking place, but once I had, it was no big deal.

Perfect location

This location is ideal to enjoy the area of Mill Valley! Gary was great to deal with, and everything was very easy. The apartment had a binder with some helpful resources for things to do, local restaurants, and tidbits about the unit. The apartment had everything you'd need, including a washer and dryer with detergent, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.Our only picky review would be that the shower was pretty small with low water pressure- but really, that was a minor detail.

Parking

I'm a native to the area and had this rental for my Mother. For other travelers to know, parking is TERRIBLE. Tight maneuvering around another vehicle. I ended up scratching my car and was stuck/having to call AAA because of a large rock on the side of the driveway. We often used street parking/or at the bank nextdoor to pick her up. As as an aside, and this is not unique, the pictures give the impression of a larger unit than it actually is.

I’m a bit stunned because this is the first time that I have heard of your mishap David, your stay was over two weeks ago. The driveway is somewhat narrow and certainly the parking spot is as well, it’s just that previous guests have never mentioned it being so difficult. I feel badly that it caused you stress and you damaged your car? I wish that you would have asked me for help to manage the challenges you were having, that’s what I’m here for.
