We used this as a meet up with another couple and it was perfect. The house was beautiful, plenty of space (inside and out). Perfect for two couples and still another room with three twin beds if needed. Hope to be back next year.

Fantastic stay!

Clean, spacious house. Didn’t want for anything. Would definitely go back. Loved the chairs in the sunroom!!!

A pleasant stay

This was my family's first vacation together, and our time on the Cape was enjoyable. This house is adorable, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The layout of the home is perfect as well, with multiple gathering rooms and the bedrooms all to the back. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Adorable!

Great house, easy to navigate for my older mobility challenged in laws, no stairs, easy open floor plan. The house was centrally located and spotless! The sunroom and back deck were great! Would definitely stay again!

First Cape Vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful home, even during a tornado! The house is lovely and we were given very prompt replies after the tornado came through . Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The Lobsta house exceeded our expectations in terms of size and updates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would love to stay at the Lobsta house again. We didn’t have any issues. The only recommendation we would make is to have a table outside for outdoor dining. There was so much to do on the area and having the beach within walking distance was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was fairly private.

Lovely house in Harwich

My family had a wonderful time in this house. There are three separate living rooms to spread out in. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of games to entertain my children. Patio furniture and backyard were also very well maintained. Walking distance to some shops/cafes as well as a beach. Would definitely return.

They did have linens there even thou it stated none and after we rented some.

Thanks for letting us know about the linens at the house. Those linens may have been for owner use or left behind by a previous guest. Most of our homes do not come with linens - we do provide bed coverings, pillows and mattress protectors. We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from the rental company. Beautiful home

The house and neighborhood was beautiful. However it was about a 12 min walk to the beach and there was no parking. We had to do drop offs and pick ups. The check out time was very early. The house was clean and had everything we needed (besides the welcome bag that was in the details when booking). Overall we had a great stay and would do it again. Thank you

Summer getaway

The house was perfect for two couples and two children. It was well well equipped in the kitchen, and even had laundry detergent and some extra beach towels and chairs. Our one complaint was the comfort of the second queen bed. It was a very thin cheap mattress and wasn’t nearly as comfortable as the master room. A downer considering how great the rest of the house is. Would have been fine for children or teens but not for grown adults. Otherwise a lovely place.

Great cottage, great location!!

Weather was perfect which always helps, we have a big family, plenty of room to spread out! The deck was amazing, and we even played badmitton and corn hole in the back yard.
