Cottage is 800 sq ft and located on the Nantucket sound. Cottage is located within a quiet cottage complex (10 cottages) tucked off the beaten path. Cottage is good as brand new, remodeled with summer shades of white, blue, green and seagrass and rattan textures extending a true Cape, beach vacation feel.

Central AC, 2 smart TVs: one in living room and another in the master bedroom, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, wi-fi keyless entry and a Bose speaker to get some tunes going. A summer escape with modern amenities!

Brand new Kitchen features quartz countertops, dishwasher, convection microwave, Keurig (pods or ground coffee), air fryer/toaster oven, blender and induction cooktop.

Front porch offers a dining table along with a Weber Gas Grill. Screened in back porch with 2 comfy chairs, a perfect spot to relax. Outdoor shower and a small yard w/ a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Washer and dryer are also available within the home.

3 Bedrooms, each with their own personality:

Master Bedroom with shades of blue and pale oak: a queen-sized bed, dresser, 42'' smart tv and a full closet.

Bedroom #2 with shades of green: queen-sized bed, side table, washer/ dryer and a full closet.

Bedroom #3 with shades of off white and blue: 2 twin beds, dresser and back porch access.

All beds have comfortable mattress toppers, new duvets and fluffy throw pillows.

Bathroom features shades of blue/cream and a rain showerhead.

Dennis port is a convenient location to take in all the Cape has to offer. 8 min drive to Harwich port, 20 min drive to Hyannis and Chatham and 55 mins to Provincetown.

1.5 Mile drive to Sea St Beach and walking distance to downtown: Grab breakfast at Rorys or Buckies Biscotti and Bakery Cafe, lunch or dinner at The Red Nun, The Den Cape Cod or the Oyster Company and grab dessert at Holy Cow ice cream- all within a 10 min walking distance.

Few notes:
** Cottage does not offer cable, only streaming services (you need your own account to login) and Samsung tv plus. Kitchen has an induction cooktop, but no oven. Air fryer/toaster oven and a convection microwave are available for baking needs.

Linens are not provided. Linens can be arranged for an additional fee and advance notice.

I do not have a dining table inside the cottage. I have 2 bar stools in the kitchen (you can see in pictures) and the coffee table pulls up and can behave as a table for inside dining. There is a patio table on the front porch (6 chairs).

Parking is only available for 2 cars. No smoking/pets.
