Imaginez-vous dans ce magnifique et spacieux condo au dernier étage (le plus grand dans le bâtiment), en regardant le monde passer le long du front de mer à Grand Haven et profiter des couchers de soleil spectaculaires! Ce condo de luxe sur le canal offre une vie au bord de l'eau à son meilleur. La Brezza # 9 se trouve à quelques pas des plages primées et à seulement un pâté de maisons des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville. 3 ponts privés vous permettent de vous détendre et regarder les bateaux, les couchers de soleil et la fontaine musicale. À L'INTÉRIEUR DU CONDO Ce condo one-of-a-kind est situé au troisième étage du bâtiment Breeza Di Lago (ne vous inquiétez pas - il y a un ascenseur!). Le condo lui-même s'étend sur un étage et est adapté pour les clients de tous âges. Slice of Haven dispose de deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bains privative. Il y a aussi un balcon privé. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size. Il y a aussi une deuxième salle de bain complète, avec une laveuse et une sécheuse. Le salon principal comprend une cuisine avec une grande île en granit et une salle à manger séparée, une grande salle familiale avec un canapé-lit en cuir et une télévision à écran plasma, ainsi que deux autres terrasses offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Ce condo est un dernier étage, unité de coin rempli de lumière et des vues fantastiques sur le canal et le lac Michigan. EN TRAIN DE DORMIR L'unité peut accueillir 6. Les draps sont fournis. Chambre des maîtres: lit Queen avec salle de bains Chambre n ° 2: lit Queen Salon: Canapé-lit Queen EN MANGEANT La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle, des verres, des ustensiles de cuisine et une cafetière pour que vous puissiez y rester et préparer vos repas si vous le désirez. Couple getaway

Nice place. We stayed there last year also. Plenty of restaurants/shops in walking distance. Beach couple miles down road. Can walk it also on boardwalk. Only issue is the parking on property is tight and takes some maneuvering with large vehicles.

Great place! Clean, excellent condition, and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Close to pool and beach. Boat docked right outside condo. Wifi comes and goes and no grill but everything else was exceptional!! Easy to communicate with owner! Wonderful adventure!!

A Little Slice of Haven

We enjoyed our stay very much. The 3 balconies were wonderful - little different views of the channel, musical fountain, and sun/shade. Even tho it is on the main drag the quality of doors/windows kept things quiet at night.

It's as good as it looks!

It's a beautiful condo on the top floor overlooking the harbor and the lighthouse. It's right across from the nightly musical fountains. It was very clean and well-appointed, including full kitchen. We would stay there again!

Beautiful view! Close to everything!

Beautiful property with lovely view of the water and nightly fountain show from balcony. Shops close by. Doable walk to the beach, but you might want to drive if you take a lot. Unit was clean and roomy, perfect for us!

Great vacation getaway

This condo was perfect for my sister and me to get away for a few days. Two bedrooms and two baths; her bedroom had a skylight and mine had a balcony. There were a total of three balconys, as well as every kitchen utensil and appliance that could be desired. The condo was clean and well-kept; we found a lovely note from the manager including tips on local restaurants and attractions. We were grateful for the luggage racks, as we were on the third floor. The building was quiet, and convenient to the waterfront, restaurants and shops.
