Une maison de ville 4BR 3BA impeccable avec une piscine privée située dans une station balnéaire avec toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable à proximité des principaux parcs d'attractions.
Notre maison de ville a probablement le meilleur emplacement à Paradise Palms. Il est juste au coin de la maison et a ce que d'autres maisons à Paradise Palms, c'est la vie privée. La plupart des maisons à Paradise Palms se font face que notre maison ne fait pas. Il n'y a pas d'autre maison donnant sur la piscine et la véranda que vous apprécierez grandement. Regardez les palmiers au lieu de votre voisin!

En octobre 2018, nous avons remplacé le tapis de la chambre du rez-de-chaussée par un sol stratifié. En janvier 2019, nous avons remplacé les tapis d'escalier et de couloir.

Our stay was a well deserved vacay and paradise palms was very nice and accommodating for us. The thing I would say is maybe the televisions needed to be updated, bit other than that it was very nice and our host was great when we called and texted he responded very quick.

Good property with a couple of caveats

The great parts: Loved the downstairs king room and step in shower. Property is very convenient to Disney and very well equipped and roomy. The beds were good. Mark (the owner) was great with communication. Paradise Palms is a nice secure neighborhood.The parts we wished were different: If you have someone in your group with mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. There are 3 shallow steps up into the unit. We had rented an ECV and had to lift it up and down the steps every time we went out or came in.The BIG problem is that the washer and dryer are on the second floor, up a 19 step fairly steep flight of stairs. The final negative (This isn't unique to this unit: every place we have stayed that has a private pool has this same issue.) There's no railing on the steps getting out of the pool, so someone with mobility issues needs to be careful exiting the pool. It really surprises us that local building codes allow this.CONCLUSION: I would rent this property again, although it probably wouldn't be my first choice.

Property worked for our needs

The layout and size of the spaces were good. Having two primary bedrooms was a nice feature and just what we needed with our elderly dad. I had a few disappointments. The condo is VERY sparsely supplied. The kitchen had cheap utensils and everything was just thrown into unlined drawers- it made it feel dirty. I went to the Dollar Tree and got a few necessities to help us get by. The trim on the stairs was falling off also. There were bug traps around and we saw a few roaches :(. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions, but the house just needs to be maintained a little better.

Great neighborhood! Bare minimum accommodations.

Pros: 1. The neighborhood and clubhouse amenities are very nice. (And super close to this unit!) 2. The check-in process was straightforward 3. The condo was very quiet! 4. The property manager was great to work with and did his best to make things right. 5. The pool was heated! 6. The master bed mattress is quite comfortable! Cons: 1. The condo is dated. Furniture is worn, flooring on the stairs is falling off. 2. Outside of the master, the beds are not even remotely comfortable. 3. We had dead bugs in the bedding (I get it, it’s Florida and bugs will get in, but dead bugs inside the duvet covers is just gross) 4. They stock the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM disposables. We had partial rolls of toilet paper, a single trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, minimal soap, etc. The property manager did his best to offset the inconvenience of a late night Walmart run, but this is just a silly corner to cut. Raise your price by $5 and include an extra roll of toilet paper. 5. The pool is tiny! The pictures are a bit deceptive. That being said, the clubhouse pool and spa are GREAT and only a few steps away. 6. The cleaners are doing bare minimum surface cleaning. Don’t look behind doors, under tables, furniture, etc. Overall, the stay was fine. Mark was great to work with. I understand cutting costs to make your place as affordable as possible, but you may have cut just a little too deep. A decent deep cleaning and a couple rolls of TP would be a game changer!

Nice spot in a gated community.

Only downside on the whole rental would be bed comfort. The beds were hard. Everything was in perfect working order though. I'd stay again. Easy check in at the gate and the entire community was very nice. Also, very easy to communicate with property owner if needed.

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious, clean, and well kept. Having 3 bathrooms was amazing! The neighborhood is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The resort amenities were great. The kitchen is not as fully stocked as I’m used to with rentals (no potholders, limited glasses, no salt and pepper) but those were minor inconveniences that didn’t greatly impact our stay. We loved having the private pool as well. Definitely recommend! Mark was easy to communicate with during our stay.

Lacks basic items

Property was decently clean, in a good area, and owner was easy to get into contact with for questions HOWEVER we had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and ALL of them were more than halfway used up with no spares in sight. There was ONE trash bag for the whole stay, we had to buy more. There were no paper towels at all. 2 washcloths total in the entire house. Pillows are super flat. We bought washcloths, toilet paper, laundry detergent, even a pillow and left it all so the next guest wouldn’t have to suffer as much. If it was properly stocked it would be 5 stars.

Perfect location in the resort. Very close to community pool. Nice and quiet when in backyard pool area. Townhome very clean and well stocked. Close to all the theme parks and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I loved the location and the safety provided by this location. 25 minutes to Orlando with jo traffic and 45 with traffic. The amenities are nice at the location and the small private pool was great to just relax in. The hosts were very prompt to answer any questions and provide great service.
