1/1 confortable appartement 100% privé à deux pas de l'océan et des animations

Ceci est un appartement 1/1 confortable faisant partie d'un complexe de trois unitĂ©s. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© - Ă  1 min Ă  pied de la plage et de tous les divertissements de Lauderdale au bord de la mer. Nous avons une grande jetĂ©e de pĂȘche qui est une destination majeure pour les pĂȘcheurs de notre comtĂ©.
Nous avons 6 places de parking devant les chalets. Je ne facture pas de supplément pour le stationnement, sauf les jours majeurs comme le Nouvel An ou le 4 juillet.
Toutes les grandes épiceries sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied des unités.
Ce 1/1 dort confortablement 4, a deux lits jumeaux et un lit king.
La propriété a une buanderie et Internet, une belle cour arriÚre avec un barbecue que vous partagez avec les 2 autres unités.

generally good,,, just the location of the unit that i am staying at wont clear and key retrieval arrangement wasnt clear but everything else was fine,couldnt get the tv and stove to turn on ,,,,but personally it did not matter.will be back again soon,,

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. Expect about a block and a half walk to the beach. Fenced courtyard for our unit was a lovely, welcoming space. The studio was clean, well appointed and made great use of a small space that had everything we needed for our short stay. Backing out of the parking space is a bit tricky given the busy street, and local drivers aren't patient. Host answered all of our questions promptly. Recommend highly for a few night stay where you want to be close to the action.

The unit smells strongly of cleaning products. The wireless is super slow. The twin bed is hard as a rock. You can hear strange people walking by. And also, they charged me a pet fee for a service animal and damage which I believe did not occur.

The place is in a great location, really close to downtown and the beach. Felt safe in the neighborhood and were able to easily Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect size for 2 people.Downside was the mold in the air conditioner. When I asked about it getting cleaned I was told it was “dust”. As a blue collar Northern Michigan woman, I’m no stranger to mold and happen to know the difference between it and dust. Mold is really common in those smaller AC units and just needs regularly cleaned.

The cottage is very compact, as advertised. It was very clean. Easy access to beach and restaurants/entertainment.

Unreliable host

This was the absolute worst and scary experience!! After driving 9 hours with my daughter- hunting down the property(NOT as shown on web) and then discovering a half naked man in the room we have on our confirmation, I was informed the property manager gave our -booked and paid for- room to "her friend" and forgot it was already booked. She avoided my calls and texts prior to arrival and at arrival. The "friend" she gave our room to told me where I could find her so I could figure out what was going on. I had to find her at her job for her to tell me she was tired and forgot and there was nothing she could do to help me. This particular host was extremely rude and dismissive. I don't recommend renting from this host.

Great location!

The location and outside adventures make our getaway a success.Thank God we didn’t spend a lot of time on property.The property could use a bit of TLC, upgrades, deep cleaning. The bedding needs replacement, stains were visible as well pillows. Made the best out of the stay. Prime location made it all feel worth it. Don’t think I would book that exact space if it returned

DENITSA IS THE WORST. DO NOT RENT FROM HER

Day of arrival, Denitsa contacted us via the app and told us our unit had a roof leak and offered us a "better unit with better amenities".We asked her to send the link to the other unit and she never did.We told her we would check it out when we got there.She assured us we would be happier with it as it is a better unit. I assumed that I didn't see it when searching because it was more expensive than my search.We believed her lies.Felt confident in trusting her.BIG MISTAKE. We arrived and the unit was much smaller, had NO kitchenette and I had seen it in my search. It was rated by other guests as a 2/10. Far inferior unit.I had picked this twin bed unit due to it having a 9.4 VRBO rating. Also, we don't eat at restaurants for health reasons.When I told Denitsa I needed the kitchennette she said I was to be fine with the one burner hot plate that the inferior unit had.I told her I needed the little kitchenette in the unit I rented. She said "you drove up in a Mercedes, you can eat out at restaurants" I don't need my VRBO hosts telling me where to eat.Another great quote from Denitsa was when I told her I'd like the unit I rented se said "well you're not really in a position to negotiate".She finally said she would get the unit ready by 5pm.We waited until 5:30 and had to rent a different place.She never delivered the unit and refuses to refund my money.She'll get under this comment and lie but don't believe her.I've never complained on a host before.Liar and a thief!

Great location

We made a last minute reservation when evacuating hurricane Milton, and were extremely pleased. The room was very clean and well appointed, and communication with the host was very good. The property is a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again

Loved it

The place was just what we needed, close to the beach, clean, it looks like they’re renovating some patches on the wall and the bathroom door had trouble staying closed but these things didn’t bother me or my friend, essentials were provided and the private patio was just perfect and cozy the beds were firm but comfortable, the only suggestion would be some black out curtains 😁
