Ce charmant condo offre le golfe du Mexique à travers la rue (ouest) et la baie de Palma Sola (est) de la propriété avec jetée pour la pêche sur place. Entrée au premier étage, cuisine entièrement équipée, grande chambre avec lit king size et télévision à écran plat, coin repas, salon avec télévision à écran plat (câble et wifi fournis), double accès au patio. Grande piscine chauffée, courts de tennis, centre d'entraînement, salle communautaire et buanderie. Excellents restaurants avec épicerie et deux pharmacies sur l'île. Anna Maria propose des transports publics gratuits (Trolley) juste en face de la station.

We arrived early and we’re able to get in to the condo which was clean and just the right size for the two of us. It’s conveniently located next to alot of restaurants right across the street from the beach. Jane was just a phone call away and was able to answer a few questions before we even arrived. Having the lawn chairs, beach towels, and umbrella was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was very nice, recently remodeled and very clean. Jane is a great host and communications were timely and helpful. This was a very comfortable condo and we especially liked the new laundry room and coffee bar areas. Location is great, just across the street from a beautiful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautifully decorated with brand new everything! The ground floor unit close to pool and beach makes the location super convenient. The bed and furnishings are comfortable. Washer and dryer. Kitchen has all amenities for a quick meal. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Beach chairs and umbrella in outside closet. Small patio with charcoal grill/picnic table ver close near back patio. We will stay again!

We come to Anna Maria twice a year and I think we just found our favorite spot. Everything was perfect! Also, You MUST try the BBQ place next to the condo.

The location is terrific. Walk to restaurants, beachfront bar and of course the beautiful beach. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation

Great Accommodations, Great Stay!

Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The condo was clean and well stocked with location right across the street from the beach. Additionally, the pool was clean and perfect. We will definitely be back.

Clean, Cute, and Convenient

My husband, 2 year old and I enjoyed a week at this very clean condo. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the owner was very prompt with communication. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get away to Anna Maria Island!

Great location

The condo was just as advertised. Especially clean and very well equipped. We have used many vrbo residences and this would be among the most comfortable for a couple. A 2 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets.

Being residential remodelers we know what to look for and how to set up a space that will give you the maximum enjoyment for your stay. We know that this is an ongoing process. We fell confident that our condo is ready and look forward to hosting you.

Anna Maria Island has 7 miles of beautiful shoreline with the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With Anna Maria being a small island you are centrally located to not only the beach and the bay but also to many fine restaurants within walking distance. It boasts a family atmosphere which the city desires to keep. You will not find any large corporations or chain restaurants on the island.
