Enjoyed our stay

This place was clean and nice. Great for a young family. Only thing we wish it had was some beach stuff we could use (chairs, toys etc)

Since we had 2 raining days there was not so much to do, so being ath the apartment with the beautiful view of the sea watching movies and playing the game boards they have was perfect.

Nice beach view

Nothing worse than ankle deep water in a shower. Close to activities and Destin was a very short drive away as well.

Great Condo With a View

We we’re able to park free with covered parking. The exterior of the condo was well maintained. Our unit 415 was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is directly on the beach and we had views from the living area and the master bedroom. With 3 bathrooms we were all very happy. This in my opinion is a great place to stay.

It is very nice to have a washer/dryer and a bathroom with each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen was well appointed (except for one skillet that needs replaced). When we had a shower head not working properly I notified the management company via the app and they came out within a couple of hours to fix it. The pool and entire condo are is well maintained and the chair service staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to the Destin/Fort Walton area. Although we had some stormy and windy weather the first couple of days, the condo provided a beautiful view. This unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet as it was at the end of the building away from the pool area. The bunk bed room was great for our (2) pre-teens. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and cleaned in the early morning daily. The weather for the remainder of our stay was beautiful. White, soft sand and a beautiful beach. Water was a bit too cold, but we could still enjoy the beach and a boat ride out to crab island. The property management company was easy to work with.

Clean Room, Crowded Beach Chairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and another vacationed together, the condo was clean and provided all the amenities for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The only complaint we have was the arrangement of the beach chairs. I know this is not in your direct control;however, you can perhaps pass this feedback to the appropriate staff. Even not considering COVID-19 the chairs on the beach were entirely too close together, it was difficult to even walk between umbrellas to get to the water from the second row. I could extend my elbow and touch the person in the next umbrella. A staggered pattern for the umbrellas would be more effective.

Family vacation 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Brooks & Shorey and have worked with them for over a decade. This trip included our children and grandchildren and the condo had plenty of room for everyone. It appears to have been updated recently with new appliances and stackable washer and dryer. Everything was nice and clean. I would not recommend this property for any seniors or grandparents in your family. There is only an island bar top with stools to sit. This includes the outdoor furniture which will be difficult for them to get into. There are NO hair dryers so bring your own and you may need your own pillow not enough pillows to accommodate all the beds listed. The king and queen mattresses were hard as a rock, so not much good sleep all week. Owners please no personal photos, this is a big no in the bedroom especially. We had issues with cars in our parking space and the second level parking lot blocked off. The property manager was great to deal with other vehicles parked in the wrong spaces, but the re-sealing of parking should be done in the off season not peak season. HOA should handle this better. Overall we love Ft. Walton and will be back. Always a pleasure to eat at McQuire's and Crabtrap, Stewby's and more. Wish we had known the next two days were available through the holiday weekend, we would have stayed more than a week and purchased a foam mattress pad for the hard bed!

Great Condo with Beautiful View

This condo was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. The beach service with two chairs was nice, but I do think they were a bit close to each other given COVID-19.

Awesome!

Great property! Well stocked, comfortable beds, perfect location. We will definitely be back! The pool was great, the complimentary chairs were wonderful, and the beach was phenomenal! My only complaint would be that we had quite a few ants, so maybe have someone spray! Other than that, our entire family loved it ❤️

The condo is located in a good location. 4th floor, awesome view of the beach/ocean. The condo was clean and had plenty of room. My ONLY suggestion is that they should consider painting the ceiling and walls, a touch up, it's time in my opinion. All the furnishings was good.

My parents, brother, my husband, myself, and our 2.5 year old stayed for a week and had plenty of room for our all of our things. The beds were comfortable and it was very nice having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The patio furniture was top notch as well! I would make sure to bring extra silverware though- there wasn’t enough for every meal. Also, the master bathtub was difficult to get in and out of, and the doors did not operate correctly. Other than those two things, it was a great condo and we would definitely go back!

Perfect Location

We we’re so impressed with the condo. It was clean and spacious. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioning was extremely cool. Our view was perfect as was the short walk to the beach. There’s several places to eat and a lot to do. Thanks for doing a great job!

Great family vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay, few minor things wrong like the lightbulbs were burnt out in the guest room, the blender was broke on the bottom, the cold water faucet in the master bedroom had a broken top piece. Other than those few minor things it was amazing. The vacuum belt broke while we were there and they replaced it in a matter of hours. We had stayed in a previous condo that had a little easier beach access, it was kind of a pain to lug our beach wagon up and down the steps on the walkway to the beach but it was manageable with two people. We would gladly stay again!

Stinky and hot elevators. In Master, lamp by window knob broken, and cold water knob at sink, top broken off. Queen Bed room, one lamp and overhead light didn’t work. Paper towel holder top broken. Icemaker leaks. Loved the guys putting out beach umbrellas. They work they’re butts off!!! Our overall stay was lovely.

Good. Hotel like experience

This place was great. It felt like a hotel though, rather than someone’s private home. Internet was a little slow, making work difficult. Would’ve liked more personal touches, which is why I went for a VRBO over a standard hotel. Stove needs updating and the kitchen cookware needs to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had great view. There was construction above us so noisy during the day. Condo was very nice. I did not like standing in line for the chairs I have always been able to pick my own chairs first come first serve.

Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 3 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed our Spring Break trip at the IP 415. The view of the Gulf and beach was awesome from the balcony. The beach was not too crowded and the beach service was really good. We took advantage of the Golf and the Dolphin Tour and really enjoyed both. Would stay here again.
