This place was great for a larger family, especially due to the price point. Awesome view of the beach/coast and a nice space to hang out inside. Sleeping was good and nice hot showers. The pool and hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. The unit and overall complex is a bit dated but if you are looking for a place that's not too flashy, it is for you!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was clean, organized and spacious. The view was amazing and had an excellent view! The host had excellent communication with us and always responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had secure parking, so many food options in the area. We will definitely return! As soon as you walk in this condo , you are hit with a BEAUTIFUL view. I enjoyed every bit of my vacay. This condo has everything we needed towels, coolers toys etc kitchen had everything as well. May need to update beds, plenty of sheets n blankets...I will DEFINITELY be back.

Ocean Views

Ocean views are awesome. Very secure building including parking garage that has two parking spots included for your second vehicle if you have one! Great location to hang out on the beach or just walking around town. No problems with the a/c as it worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again! The host responds quickly to text messages.

Relaxing

I did not think i would like the place. We stayed in this complex before but a different condo. It was smaller than the other. It cost less than the other. We fit right in. Has issues with the T.V. a couple of times but that was ok. They supplied puzzles, Games, Beach equipment, wet suits, volleyball, Frisbee and much more. It was a very relaxing stay

Amazing property for vacationing family

Loved that this condo had everything we needed for beach trips. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed playing in the sand. Weather was terrible but nothing they can do about that and also a bummer that we were unable to actually go in the ocean due to water advisories again not their fault and other beaches are so close its not a hig deal. They provided everything for beach goers including toys, chairs umbrellas, surf boards, coolers and hats! We did have a problem with AC not working and it was not able to be fixed during our stay but the housekeeper brought us fans to use and because it was cool we just opened the windows at night. I also do wish they had given the condo a better wipe down. The tops of dressers and window sills were pretty dusty and I'm allergic. We also were not comfortable using the washer as it had a smell to it. Otherwise this is a great and super accommodating place to stay!

THE BEST!!

Great location, great view and the host was so attentive to questions. Having two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom was so nice!! I not only highly recommend it, BUT I WILL be back! ;)

Great family location!

Perfect spot for our family of 4. Plenty of provided toys and beach accessories for a great beach vacation. Location on the beach was beautiful and we loved the view from the living room. We also appreciated the high chair and beach wagon for our young children. Only critique was some maintenance issues. We found some mold growing in the clothes washing machine that we scrubbed out and noticed a loose (pulled out) wall receptacle in the kids room that we had to be careful about. Minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed our experience!

Cousy apartment

We are really liked the kitchen and balcony, good View! We are had a fun with kids in a swimming pool and hot tub. There are everything for the beach towels, chairs even robe! We are very pleased.

Feels like home

This condo has such a homey feeling that makes us feel so comfortable each time we visit (this was our 3rd stay at this unit). Convenient to eateries and great walks on the beach. And what a view!

An Amazing Place!

We feel so lucky to find such an amazing and affordable place on the beach. The owner was outstanding. Housekeeper responded within minutes. Super easy check in and out. Place has absolutely everything you need. Kind of like staying at a friend’s condo. Going to book our next vacation here as soon as we get home. Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!

This unit is our personal property and not part of a rental business enterprise. We share our home because we enjoy making the Imperial Beach experience available to others.

Our family rented in Imperial Beach Club since the property was first built. It is where my now grown children have the best memories of their grandparents. My father's motto was 'invest in memories'. So I did.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Imperial Beach retains the feel of the San Diego my husband and I knew as children. Relaxed, fun, friendly. Once you arrive at the IB Club there is nothing more that you need and nothing more that needs to be done. Just open the windows and listen to the surf.
