The house was conveniently located near everything I could ever need while in a neighborhood that was beautiful for my morning walks. It was comfortable and super cute. The backyard was completely fenced and private. I appreciated having a garage. We had a great experience.

A nice little house in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here. They had things we needed at the house to make the stay easy and a great backyard too

Good location.

Liked location, quiet neighborhood not far off main highways. it was nice to have a garage, to park the car in. Not far from Phoenix/Masa airport.

I really enjoyed staying here. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean and i felt very safe walking the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for everyday living. Although comfortable, the furnishings are starting to show quite a bit of wear and tear and could use a little updating.

Perfectly adequate housing option in nice neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and dining options. Small back yard, but perfect for catching some morning sun and outdoor reading.

Loved it!

We had a great time in Gilbert. The house was perfect for us. It was close to the Cubs games and everything! The beds were comfortable. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again, if it's available. It's in a quiet safe neighborhood and a Beautiful home!

Gilbert Gem!

This home is exceptionally clean and in a nice neighborhood near a park and shopping. Close to the express way as well. It was great to sit on the patio in the evenings and we liked having a garage for the rental car. Property manager is very accomodating and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again next trip to visit family in town.

Clean, comfortable, affordable

The nightly fee was so affordable we were worried there might be something wrong. We were WRONG!!! This is a beautiful, clean two-bedroom home. It is a safe, clean neighborhood. We took a nice morning walk with our dog to the nearby Starbucks. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice home

There for the weekend. Did not have the roll away bed as stated in the listing. Outside trash can was full when we took it out to the curb as instructed for check out. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The house was clean and in a great location. Close to restaurants, shops, and dining ( 5 stars)Owner was very responsive and communication was prompt. (5 stars)Neighborhood is family friendly with a nearby park (5 stars) Unfortunately one of the neighbors has a dog that loved to bark. Made sleeping with windows open an issue ( 2 stars)Kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to prepare meals (4 stars)We found the furnishing to be worn, uncomfortable and in need of upgrading.
