Une promenade de 6/10 miles vous emmĂšne Ă  South Middle (ocĂ©an) Beach avec salles de bains et moins d'un mile de distance sont deux autres plages, une avec une aire de jeux pour les enfants et l'autre avec un snack-bar et une jetĂ©e pour la pĂȘche!

Réveillez-vous à une tasse de café dans la véranda et rincez aprÚs une journée à la plage dans la douche extérieure. Il y a un grand téléviseur à écran plat avec un son surround pour la nuit de cinéma. Wi-Fi est également disponible! Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont situées dans le sous-sol, donc vous n'avez pas à faire toute la lessive lorsque vous arrivez à la maison! Ventilateurs de plafond situés dans les chambres et le salon pour vous guider, ainsi que des saisonniÚres A / C!

This beautiful home was hard to leave at the end of the week! It’s even prettier in person. We couldn’t believe how well-stocked the house was—every thing we needed was there. We loved having dinner outside and coffee in the morning listening to the birds. The house is on a lovely block and is well-situated mid-Cape. The owners are very nice and attentive as well.

Fun Weekend Getaway

we stayed on cape cod for a relaxing girls weekend. house was half a mile from the beach & easy to walk to. outdoor space was perfect for game nights & dinner outside. close in driving distance to the hyannis ferry & downtown chatham for shopping. house did not come with linens which was the only thing i wish i knew before booking the house. overall a great stay!

The property is in a great location to get to the beach, is a convenient spot for shopping, entertainment and long walks. House was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. There were only two of us but there's plenty of space for a family.

Great house in a great location!

This house is located approximately 15 min walking distance from a beautiful Sound beach — gentle warm water and soft white sand, perfect for little ones! The house itself had plenty of room, incredible kitchen, and the hosts could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family!

Annual Cape Vacation 2023

Property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. House was really well stocked with anything you might need with an added plus of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon plus bikes we used just around the neighborhood. The kitchen was just renovated and is very beautiful. The property is also close to all of our favorite restaurants and beaches. We give it a 5 out of 5!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is adorably decorated and well appointed. We are self proclaimed “foodies” and found everything we needed to cook and grill up some delicacies during our stay. Our group also included children ages 8, 5 and 2 who were very happy with the toys and books available in the home. We drove the group to the beach with all our gear in a pickup then drove back to the cottage and rode our bikes to the beach. No parking fees all week! The outdoor shower and chiminea were a huge hit. We would absolutely stay there again! Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was perfect!

We rented this house for 2 weeks in Aug 2015, to celebrate my nephews wedding being held here. We shared the rental with the my sister in law and her family (the groom's family) and it fit us all perfectly. It was a great location, as it was only 2 blocks from the brides families summer home. It is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The outdoor shower and outdoor furniture were great. The neighborhood is quiet and it's just a short distance to the beach on the sound or to Windmill Beach on the river. We brought 2 cruiser bikes with us and my daughters enjoyed taking bike rides to the beach. We have rented many other homes over the years, this was by far the best!

Family Vacation to Cape Cod

This is an awesome little property. We were just 3 people, but it had plenty of beds for more. The property was clean, and it was stocked with almost anything one needs and wants in a vacation rental. The kitchen is beautiful and it had everything we needed for cooking/eating. There were sand/beach items (chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys) in the basement which was awesome, and a few bicycles to help get around. The washer and dryer came in handy. The outdoor shower was convenient. We enjoyed some of the nearby places, like mini golf at Skull Island and Caffe Gelato Bertini ice cream. The location was quiet, and the beaches were easy to get to. We planned on seeing several town on Cape Cod, so the South Yarmouth location worked out fine. Highly recommend.

Everything we needed

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Centrally located and near the beach, mini golf and ice cream. The house was comfortable and worked well for our family of five. The outdoor patio and yard were so inviting. We ate our dinners at the picnic table every night. The house was a terrific home base for getting to know Cape Cod.

Location Location Location

Awesome week at this great cottage! Walking distance to South Middle Beach, one of the best beaches on the Cape! Central to all on Cape Cod, easy to get to Hyannis or Chatham. Near Dairy Queen, numerous restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores and pharmacy. House is on a quiet street, outdoor space to relax that is surprisingly private with rose bushes and a fireplace. Outside shower is new and clean. Inside is cute and beachy, kitchen is the best equipped I’ve ever had hands down. No need to bring anything. 1/2 bath in basement with washer dryer, makes it more comfortable for multiple ppl. Cottage stocked with games and art supplies, great for kids! No dishwasher but it wasn’t a problem with paper plates and cups etc. and 2 sided sink. The only negative would be the cleanliness was very good in the bathrooms, good elsewhere except the bed spreads needed to be washed, allergies kicked up and I think it was dust related when making the beds. A small negaive at this house though! Host was great and very responsive. Keyless entry was really nice. Had a beautiful week here and will stay again!

Super Sister Stay

This was a great spot for our sisters' getaway. So much sleeping space and room for each of us to have a place of our own. The owners have provided supplies to handle every possible need. Adorable beach decor throughout envelopes you for a perfect Cape Cod visit! Instructions for how to use the DVD player so it syncs to the TV would be helpful. We will definitely plan another stay in the future!

Amazing experience

My family and myself had thr most easy, amazing and comfortable experience. The host is great and is a message away for any question or concern. We were definitely blown away with the home and is much more than what is listed. It has been a tough time on everyone in the world but to be able to have a safe space and environment definitely cheered my entire families spirit.

Did not disappoint

perfect location close to everything but, also quiet neighborhood. the house was clean and very comfortable and homey feeling, my 70 year old mother who does not like to be away from her home very often felt very comfortable in this home. I will be renting this home again.
