La cuisine a un lave-vaisselle et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec toutes les commoditĂ©s comprend Ă©galement une cafetiĂšre / mixeur / grille-pain Keurig. Il y a des unitĂ©s de climatisation dans chaque chambre. Comprend la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et le wifi. Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat de 39 "et un nouveau grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur intelligent 4K de 55" dans le salon avec 2 canapĂ©s-lits pour une personne supplĂ©mentaire. My family had a fantastic stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We like that our three children could stay in one bedroom (and one not on a living room couch). We slept well- the beds were comfortable and AC units were excellent. The location is great- close to beach, boardwalk, CVS, rec center, soccer field, Mallons, etc! We'll definitely return.

Great place - just like the listing. Great location, could walk everywhere. Landlord very responsive. Stayed with our kids and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

I would give give if it wasn’t for the fact that the linens weren’t provided. Other than that, the owner was available all the time, the place is safe and location is unbeatable. Would totally recommend it. Sal was very attentive.

Loved It!!!

Was pleasantly surprised
. I originally was looking for a 3 bedroom pet friendly, close to the beach.. but found this place n booked a few weeks b4 our vacay.. First let me say VERY CLEAN! the living room had a pocket door so it was like a 3rd bedroom (which was a great surprise ) 
 all the rooms are generously sized. Ladies if you like water pressure the shower was amazing.. fantastic pressure. Tons of closet space. Kitchen had a pantry closet, also living room n hall , plus both bedrooms had nice size closets . Great quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to walk to the action. Would definitely stay there again! We stayed with 5 adults n had no issues with feeling we were on top of each other

Clean and great location

My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The place was clean, included a parking spot and was close to the boardwalk. Overall a wonderful vacation!

Perfect September get away for my daughter and I

Great location and value

This was a great trip for our family. The access to the outdoor shower was huge with kids. The only hard part was the coin op wash/dryer because it’s so hard to find coins but that’s not anyone’s fault and we just liked being able to keep up on the laundry. The local banks were nice and gave us coins though. Sal was accommodating and quick to respond. Reccomend!

Great vacation!

We had another great stay in OC and loved the place! So clean, kitchen had everything you could think of, and the decor is so cute! We could walk into town and the boardwalk. Great location! Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very clean and beachy. The location was great! Only 3 blocks to the beach. Sal was very helpful with any questions we had. The only down fall was that the TV’s in the bedrooms would not stay connected to the internet or cable router. We were able to walk everywhere. The city is very clean and there was a lot to do. We had a great time!
