This home sits in the Menlo Park neighborhood in Tucson. The immediate area is quiet and peaceful, while also being close to everything! The Mercado and Mercado Annex are within walking distance, and the University of Arizona and Downtown Tucson are just a short drive from the home. The streetcar runs nearby, so accessing public transportation is a breeze!
Guests have access to the entire home, front enclosed courtyard, and one-car garage.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
STAIRS: This is a two-story home, and the second level, where the bedrooms are located, can only be accessed via stairs.
