Step into a peaceful and modern retreat designed for both relaxation and convenience. The studio features a plush queen bed and a loveseat that converts into a pull-out bed, comfortably accommodating an additional adult or two small children. The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked with essentials and includes an induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave, fridge, and coffee bar for both hot and iced coffee. A private patio with outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.
The property offers a beautiful entry with a paved driveway and privacy hedge. Guests will have designated parking directly beside the unit, with additional space available if needed. This is an ideal choice for couples, business travelers, or families who want a quiet and comfortable base while still being close to Naples attractions.
Guests will enjoy complete privacy in their studio apartment, with a separate entrance, private patio, and designated parking space(s). The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for light cooking and comfortable stays.
The other side of the home is separately occupied (the children), but both units are private with individual entrances and designated parking spots. Youâll have the freedom to come and go as you please, while still enjoying the peace of Golden Gate Estates.
The whole house is on a reverse osmosis water filter system - amazing showers and all water is drinkable & delicious.
Take a walk (or a drive) to the back of the property and hang out with the chickens!! They love leftovers and scraps if youâd like to feed them :) they love everything less citrus. Careful they donât get loose, theyâll give you a run for your money to get them back in đ
We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home. Youâll have your own entrance, patio, and parking, so self check-in is simple and hassle-free.
