The Space:

Walk into floor-to-ceiling ocean views that don't quit. This condo sleeps up to 6 and feels more like a home than a rental. The kitchen island seats three, the dining table fits six comfortably, and the living room sectional is deep enough for post-beach naps. Every bedroom has its own smart TV, closet space, and air conditioning that actually works:

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), located approximately 40 miles (64 km) from the property. Driving time can vary between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Please note that the villa includes one dedicated parking space inside the garage; however, the owner also parks a vehicle there. Public transportation options are available, including buses from Liberia to Tamarindo, which take about 2 to 3 hours. Renting a bike or golf cart will help you get around town faster, but isn’t necessary.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
