We loved the home’s proximity to the beach, the spacious interior, and the amenities inside the home. The property had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our overall experience, including problems with the hot tub, outdoor lighting, outdoor furniture, grill, and some areas of interior cleanliness. Unfortunately, these issues limited our ability to fully enjoy the property and its amenities. However, the property manager was responsive and made efforts to address our concerns, including arranging repairs and providing a partial refund. We appreciate their willingness to work toward a resolution and believe that with some additional attention to maintenance and upkeep, the property could provide an ideal guest experience.
