The St. Helena House - À distance de marche du centre-ville (permis n ° PL19-013)

Cette charmante ferme de 125 ans, surplombant un vignoble, se trouve sur deux hectares. Récemment rénovée, la maison mesure 3000 pieds carrés et peut accueillir confortablement 6-8 personnes dans trois chambres spacieuses. Deux chambres sont meublées avec des lits queen et la troisiÚme avec un roi et une vue sur les vignes. La salle de bain rénovée à l'étage est charmante avec une baignoire sur pattes et un lavabo sur pied.

Le rez-de-chaussée a une grande salle avant, une salle à manger et un salon séparé qui est idéal pour se réunir autour de la cheminée avec la famille et les amis. Il y a un grand porche enveloppant qui a deux lits jumeaux, qui ont également une vue sur les vignobles. Le porche est également un endroit merveilleux pour dßner lors des chaudes soirées d'été.

La cuisine primée (Northern CA Kitchen Design Competition) dispose d'une table de ferme et de grandes portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse et un coin salon couverts de glycines - l'endroit idéal pour votre tasse de café du matin ou votre verre de vin du soir. La salle à manger adjacente offre une extension élégante de la cuisine et comprend une autre cheminée confortable. Une deuxiÚme salle de bain joliment rénovée avec une buanderie / salle de boue est située juste à cÎté de la cuisine.

The St. Helena House was the perfect spot to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with friends. There was plenty of room to socialize inside and out, and it was a quick walk to town. I would definitely recommend for multiple couples!

A Wonderful Getaway in St. Helena

Incredible home/estate with plenty of space and outdoor areas for groups to enjoy the beautiful vineyard landscape. Host was extremely hospitable and communicative and provided a TON of extra amenities (water, chips, snacks, wine, beer, spices, etc.) Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, but now live in Napa Valley and have for thirty-four years. As a child I spent many weekends visiting our family home in St. Helena.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This house has been in our family for over eighty years. The house was built in the 1880's and my great-uncle purchased it in 1935 from a historical Napa Valley wine family. People have always loved gathering at the St. Helena house and we want that to continue for generations to come.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The wrap around porch has been the setting for many wonderful dinners over the years. Sitting on the porch eating and drinking wine, while at the same time looking over the vineyards along with the views of the eastern mountains - Priceless!
