Ocean Dunes Villas 310-Belle, nouvellement rénové Villa en bord de mer

Récemment rénové en 2013 et joliment décoré, cette villa de deux chambres et deux salles de bains dispose d'une grande cuisine et d'un salon / salle à manger. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre une paire de lits jumeaux et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le balcon de la salle de séjour a une vue directe sur l'océan. Chaque unité à Ocean Dunes a accès à la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean Dunes est situé sur l'extrémité sud de l'île le long de South Forest Beach Drive et à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza et le Coligny Beach Park. Le complexe Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui se trouve à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Chaque unité dans Ocean Dunes a un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la "nouvelle" piscine en bord de mer et aire de pique-nique. En plus des piscines, nos clients bénéficient d'un accès gratuit au centre de remise en forme, le Players Club, qui dispose d'un centre d'entraînement complet et d'une piscine intérieure chauffée. . Les clients ont accès au bar-grill Oceanside du Hilton et au Starbucks.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from this condo. It had a good amount of space. Property management very responsive. The overall building and unit could use a freshen up but location was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is wonderful. It's oceanfront and the views of beach/ocean are great, and very close to Coligny and Sea Pines. Location is second to none. We've rented other condos in North Forest Beach area, and were a bit underwhelmed with the condo itself. It was clean, but wasn't super comfortable and was smaller than I had expected. The sitting area was smaller than expected, and there are not a lot of places to sit. Kitchen was small and not as well stocked with cookware/items as I have experienced at other properties. No beach towels are included, so make sure to bring some with you. Customer service was awesome and very easy check in and check out. If you are looking for a simple condo, with great views and a really good location, this would suit perfectly!

A wonderful vacation

I wish the weather would have been as nice as last year, but we were still able to have fun. The view of the beach is what I wish I could wake up to every day. Spectacular views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Normally, I’m fairly particular about where I stay when on vacation. I have standards that need to be met especially when paying a bit more. Ocean Dunes 310 checked all our boxes! Great location, beautiful sunrises every morning on the balcony, unobstructed views of the ocean, quiet/private corner unit, great little cozy pool, close to Coligny, each bedroom had it’s own bathroom, property was kept very nice & clean. When there were issues it took only one phone call and voila issue taken care of same day. The only downside, and it’s minor, was the kitchen...not very well stocked. But, for those that eat out it would not be a concern. We eat/cook most of our meals in so we found it lacking. We will definitely stay here again, though! Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing. The view is amazing. There were just a few issues we ran in to during our stay. The first of which was the cleanliness of the condo. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower and there was rice under a night stand in the “kids” room. The other issue was the minimums necessary amenities. There was 1 trash bag provided for a weeks stay. There was a scrub pad for cleaning dishes, but there was no dish soap. There were also no beach towels. If you go plan to take extra towels for the beach and the pool. It seems like a no brainer that beach towels would be provided for a condo on the beach but they weren’t. Lastly, living room seating was not super convenient for gathering as a family. Not much comfortable seating. There is one elevator and it was very slow. Over all Hilton head is a great place but I feel like for the price, the value just wasn’t there.

Good vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation. The convenience of close gated parking, the heated pool, easy beach access, and hoses for sand are all great. We loved sitting on the oceanfront lanai and the view was great. The condo layout was a tad quirky with the master bedroom in the back behind the entry door and the master bath door hinge side making you have to shimmy to get in or out if more than one person is in the space. Lots of closet space. Very limited amenities. We didn’t find the spare sheets until the end of the week. No coffee filters or any extras whatsoever, aside from starter shampoo and toilet paper. The one thing this place needs is hooks. In the hall by the entry way and more hooks on the lanai. The check in process a little overkill. We were given a physical key that was totally unnecessary since we had a door code. Just an extra trip to return the key before we left. Perhaps just email the code and directions after the check in time. Overall it was clean and a good stay for the value. We would stay here again.

Great view and location

The villa was clean and had a great view and great location. We easily rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for shopping and food. The view of the ocean and proximity to get to the beach was fantastic. Traveling with three children, we like to be close to the beach. The pool was the only thing that was lacking, as it was small. Normally, we would let our kids swim, but being there during the pandemic we chose not to use the pool. Overall, it is a great property!
