Come relax at our Insta worthy home located on a quiet street in sunny Estrella Mountain Ranch! A beautiful community with award winning golf courses, two picturesque lakes with palm trees and walking paths around, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, sheltered picnic and children's play area, hiking trails, Safeway, Starbucks and multiple fun restaurants!

The Coco Cabana is the epitome of vacation homes. There is a fun, happy vibe around every corner. "Gram" worthy murals, retro Palm Springs décor and endless photo opportunities if that's your thing!

Entertaining will be a breeze with a fully stocked kitchen and large dining table that comfortably seats 10 people! Well equipped retro bar with a variety of glassware, blender, even a slurpy machine. No detail has been overlooked.

Throw some meat on the BBQ, bevies in the adorable pink outdoor cooler and grab your coozie and let's go... float in the private pool and soak up the sun! Toss some bags in the custom Coco Cabana cornhole on the soft turf, try your hand at Putt Putt on the new putting green, ping pong, darts or relax poolside in the comfy cabana. In the cooler months, you will love the relaxing jacuzzi. The private backyard has a fun mural, mountain views and backs to the desert area.

The primary bedroom has a king size canopy bed, palm tree mural, large smart tv, rattan bamboo sitting area all with views of the pool. The luxe adjoining bathroom has cabana striped light blue walls, gorgeous wood wall art and rattan light fixtures. This relaxing suite will make you feel like you are living your best life!

There are two additional bedrooms both with unique retro Palm Springs décor. The "poolside" room with large pool and mountain mural, boho queen bed, large bamboo mirror, rattan hanging side table lights and writing desk and chair. There is also a fun cabana striped bedroom with a king size jute bed, full length arched mirror and "leather" futon for lounging around or additional sleeping! Each additional bedroom has a Smart T.V.!

Don't miss the movie theatre room with another eye catching retro mural, a comfortable sleeper lounging sofa, games and large screen smart tv with streaming capabilities! Pull up the movie screen to reveal an amazing karaoke backdrop for some performing fun! There are two fold out chairs that make two additional small beds.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a tropical vacay vibe décor with a vibrant entry mural, retro bar for your cocktails with unique drinkware, smart tv, retro record player with stereo and a fun shuffleboard. Relax in the reclining leather sofa and enjoy the vacation life!

Even the large cabana striped laundry room is beautifully decorated and equipped for all your laundering needs! Including detergent, cleaning supplies, an iron and large ironing board. There is also a spot to put your extra luggage if needed.

There is also a garage game room with a palm tree mural, checkered rubber Decko garage floor, ping pong table, dart board and relaxing chairs to watch the action!

The Estrella Mountain Ranch community amenities includes two resort style pools with poolside restaurants, lakeside outdoor picnic area, and courts are open to our guests. Should you want to use the community resort style pools and gyms, that can be arranged for an additional fee per day. Restaurants are open to the public.

Should you decide to venture out, there are nearby options. Golfing at the Golf Club of Estrella, a fun neighborhood Mexican restaurant or wine bar, walking or biking around the lakes, hiking the mountain trails to close by "live" music venues, movies theaters and upscale dining within 20 minutes away!

There are several spring training camps, Goodyear ballpark, waterpark and recreation center a short drive away. Phoenix raceway is only 15 minutes away! A quick Uber to the Entertainment district (State Farm stadium), 35 minute drive to the airport and a little evening in Old Town in Scottsdale is only 45 minutes away. So many fun things to do, making The Coco Cabana a perfect Arizona vacation destination!!!
