The Apartment was Amazing. We were a group of 5 couples. There was plenty of room for us to gather and also enough room for us to get away from each other. This was above my expectations. I would book this again if we come back to Florence.

My family of 10 adults just spent 8 nights and we just lived the property, with a bonus of being able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go…very nicely situated in the city. Easy communication with the host, clean, spacious, great kitchen, comfortable beds and a/c in the bedrooms! We spent most of the time we were at the apartment - early mornings and late evenings - gathered on the terrace which was just lovely. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing five bedroom, three bath apartment, up 1 floor from street level. It's within 10-15 min walking distance of most of the museums, churches, stores, and restaurants, with a corner grocery store right there. Great location! All the bedrooms had excellent air conditioning, which was great for sleeping at night in the summertime. Check in was easy, and the host was friendly and so helpful. We would definitely come back!! 5 stars!!

Great location comfortable stay

We had a great stay in Florence. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was perfect, so close to everything. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Elly was super helpful and communication was really easy.

Wonderful experience! There were nine in our group. The pictures accurately show the bedrooms and shared spaces. Two of our group arrived before the others and our host allowed them to check-in early. The home was larger than expected and very comfortable. The only issue one member had was with the stairs. There are about twenty stairs from the front entrance up to the front door. We had rented a scooter for that individual. The exterior door opens into a shared foyer. From there it's a short climb to the apartment. We had an amazing stay! It was close to everything we needed. The train station was a 10 minute walk. I'd highly recommend this lodge for anyone with a large group and looking for a comfortable and beautiful accommodation.

A perfect home away from home

We spent one month at this location and it was perfect for our family. It was spacious for us all and in a perfect location for all of our local and long distance sightseeing. This trip and our apartment will be a family memory for years to come. Grazie

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place.

Perfect for our large family group! 10 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room. Centrally located, an easy walk to the train, or the Duomo. The owners were wonderful, and the kitchen was well equipped. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental!

50th Anniversary Trip

Francesco’s house was perfect for our multi-generational group of 10. The location was central to everything yet a bit away from the crowds. Francesco arranged Chef Novellla to cook a dinner for us and it was perfect. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Florence Family Stay

The apartment was a good location within walking distance to the many sites and attractions that Florence offers. We especially enjoyed the lower terrace for family meals and Happy Hour. There is a grocery store nearby and the kitchen had what we needed to make some simple meals.

Florence Get Away

Very nice apartment! Plenty of room. Very authentic Italian feel! Close to city center. Nice coffee shop right on the corner. Some communication issues the months before check in but was otherwise excellent upon check in. Would definitely book again in the future!

The apartment was wonderful. It is very centrally located and on a very quiet street. The apartment is very large. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. The property manager, Eleonora, was very helpful. The apartment was very clean. We would definetely stay here again.

Suited our needs perfectly!

A true step back in time! We needed several separate bedrooms and a common room and a functioning kitchen. The patio was perfect for a special evening, and proximity to groceries and the train station made transitions fluid. It's a major jaunt to the river, at least in the heat of July...

Great property

The apartment was in a great spot close to a grocery store, and a huge market that had lots of food and shopping. I’m from America and was a little taken back by the first floor actually being on what we would consider the second floor, but that was my own fault. Our host was great, and recommended a wonderful spot to eat. If I am ever back in Florence, I will definitely stay here again.
