Cette grande unité est le résultat de deux appartements, indépendants mais reliés entre eux (j'envoie les plantes pour mieux voir).
C'est l'Ă©quipement de la maison:
- la cuisine est entiÚrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, machine à café - moka et café américain -, grille-pain, vaisselle et vaisselle, etc.),
- Machine Ă  laver,
- un sĂšche-linge
- Fer et planche Ă  repasser
- l'air conditionné dans chaque piÚce des maisons,
- Internet wifi,
- etc..
EMPLACEMENT: l'appartement est dans la rue Pepi n. 65, si vraiment central; C'est une position incroyable parce que vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture ou d'un bus pour visiter les principales Ɠuvres d'art du centre de la vieille ville! MarchĂ©s, Ă©piceries, restaurants, garages, etc. sont Ă  proximitĂ©.
Il est trĂšs lumineux et trĂšs silencieux (je viens de mettre les anciennes fenĂȘtres bruyantes), au troisiĂšme Ă©tage, sans ascenseur (comme la plupart des constructions dans la vieille ville, mais avec des escaliers trĂšs grand et facile Ă  monter), dans un ancien et noble palais.
En outre, c'est sur deux niveaux (comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos et les plantes): à chaque niveau, il y a des chambres avec leurs salles de bains à cÎté, donc tout le monde a sa vie privée.

We had the most amazing week in Florence! We loved the charming accommodations and the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere from the apartment. Plenty of room for our large family. Beds were comfy. We felt safe to walk home at night. Massimo was very easy to communicate with.The whole week was magical! We would stay here again!

Family Vacation

Our family vacation included 4 children under 8, 2 seniors and 5 adults. This property was perfect for us! We had lots of space and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect! We could walk to almost everything! Massimo and Nina communicated with us promptly and effectively. We would highly recommend it and would love to return!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Florence apartment. It’s full of historic charm and perfectly located—many of the city's major sights, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. The area feels safe and vibrant, making it easy to explore on foot and soak in the local atmosphere.The apartments themselves are cozy, giving a true Florentine feel. Wonderful place, great location, great host

We had a group of 10 adults. The location is perfect and accommodated us easily. Walking distance to market, great restaurants and shops. You do have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to apt but host let us know when we booked.

9 Friends Had 4 great days in Florence

This property (2 apartments) was just the right size for 9 of us with washer dryer and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Well appointed and an easy walk all over Centro Firenze! Hope to be back someday!

The property was wonderful for two families of five to stay at for four nights. We were able to explore everything that Florence has to offer in comfort and spacious apartments. The communications were outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again.

I rented this property for 10 of my friends and myself during our study abroad in Italy and it was incredible! Massimo made sure each person had their own bed. He was also very attentive and the property was just incredible.

Family stay in old town Florence

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in Florence. We had plenty of room and the sites of Florence were walkable. A convenient grocery store around the corner helped us make some meals in the apartment. Massimo provided a lot of information on check-in but also stayed in contact to answer any questions that we had.

Excellent group accommodations

I have used both the Pepi and Grande apartments for the past two years for my students. The accommodations are perfect and the location is superb. It is always clean. Thanks to Massimo for allowing us to stay in such lovely apartments. Pepi street is a super central location, few minutes by walk far from Duomo, San Lorenzo and Cappelle medicee, Accademia museum (David), Piazza della Signoria and palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi.
It's a quiet street but next to a lively area where there are many bars and restaurants, where have breakfast, lunch or dinner;
the supermarket is also very close (where you can buy all you need, fresh foods and wine too);
moreover, the cover market of Sant'Ambrogio is very close.
