Classic Coastal Condo, Oceanview, Short Walk to Coligny, & Free New Bikes!

Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while sipping on your favorite drink, or bike into town and explore Hilton Head Island!

The Classic Coastal Condo unit 157 is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. After many visits to Hilton Head Island, it is important to us that all of our guests are provided with everything they could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon, chairs, beach towels, a soft cooler bag, a sun umbrella, a Bluetooth speaker, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and a smart TV for entertainment.

The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. Although the kitchen is fully stocked, if you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza. A grocery store, the Tiki Hut, Frosty Frog Cafe, and Pool Bar Jim's are all within walking distance!

The queen size sleeper sofa is newer with a comfortable gel mattress. There are flat screen TVs located in the bedroom and the living room. There is a tower fan, along with ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. The balcony has a high-top table and four chairs for a great ocean view!

There is a community pool (open Apr. 1 - Sept. 30), a grilling area, limited covered parking, an ample-sized parking lot, and bike racks. Elevators are located in the building, and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

We personally manage two villas in the complex, ensuring top-notch hospitality. We also own three other condos, (2) two bedroom and (1) three bedroom, in complexes close by.

Unfortunately, no pets are permitted at Seaside Villas. The condo association charges a $500/day fine if a pet is on-site. That fine will be assessed to the renter if a pet is found on-site.
