This place was great. The pool is just out the front door and you can watch endless boats out the back door. We rent cars but you could walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Excellent property in Olde Marco.
This was our first time on Marco Island and deciding where to stay was not an easy task. Aside from the financial aspect, where to stay on the island was a primary goal. Well Coastal Coma gets high marks for pretty much everything. The location is great. You are within walking distance to several restaurants/bars, as well as a short drive to most places you might want to go. The condo complex sits on the tip of two waterways. A perfect location for watching the boat traffic, fishing off the docks, watching the dolphins swim by, and watching the sunset. The condo itself is very nice. Two bedrooms, two baths with great showers, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great view of the water. Walk out the front door to a heated pool and out the back to a small patio with table and chairs to sit and watch the dolphins. There are also beach chairs and other accessories for enjoying the water including 2 fishing rods.Another plus were the other folks staying in the complex. Many were repeat visitors and everyone was very friendly. I don't think we could have made a better choice. We have already booked for next year and can't wait to go back.
Bobby & I fell in love with Marco Island many years ago. The calming salty air & gentle gulf waters sooth the soul. The wildlife is another of my favorite things. Daily you will see dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, pelicans & fish. We also enjoys the beach, calm Gulf waters & a good fishing trip.
