House was very spacious, clean, stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Traveled with family and grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed the game rooms. So much to do. Close to restaurants and activities. Highly recommend for large groups. Host was available if you had any concerns .

What a wonderful home. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Lots to do for the kids. They played pool, arcade games, and enjoyed the Playstation. It was so relaxing, we can not wait to come back. The host thought of everything! Lots of towels, and enough toiletries for the week. Thanks for an awesome and amazing week.

We were unable to use the oven, when we turned it on smoke would roll out of oven. Appeared a previous renter must have boiled something over in the oven. On our final day of the stay the smoke alarms kept going off, and the alarms went off at night twice so Noone got good sleep before leaving town. There was one corn hole bag missing from the set. The pool table was not level. Good location to attractions. Two people that stayed came home with bug bites on legs. We googled what they looked like and appear to be bed bug bites.

Regarding the oven issue — we were not made aware of this during your stay, but we have since inspected and resolved it. Had we known, we would have addressed it immediately. On the smoke alarms: we were notified and promptly offered to send a technician to your unit. You declined that offer, which we respect, but we want future guests to know our team is available to assist with any issues during a stay. Regarding the bed bug claim — we take this very seriously. Following your review, we had our professional pest control team conduct a thorough inspection of the property. No bed bugs were found. We maintain mattress protectors on all beds. The review itself acknowledges this was based on comparing bite marks to Google images, not a professional assessment. We understand how concerning any bite can be, but bites can come from many sources, including mosquitos, especially in the Smoky Mountains area during summer. We're proud of our property and the experience we provide guests. We're sorry this stay fell short of expectations and hope the issues noted have been addressed for future visitors.

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot between gatlinburg and pigeon forge so didn’t take long to get anywhere. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Our kids were very entertained between the game room , pool table and hot tub. The decor and inside was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very well stocked from pots and pans to even toothbrushes. The lights were on when we arrived which was nice touch. The only negative for us was the low water pressure in the middle of our stay. The hosts were very responsive and we would stay again! Thanks for sharing your home.

We had nine adults and two children (6 and 8 years old), and this place was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would consider it the perfect location halfway in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with easy access to the parkway. We were away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet cluster of cabins within walking distance of a small pond. It was very quiet and we saw bear twice in the back yard of the cabin and one other time nearby as we were driving back to the cabin. The hot tub on the back deck was a huge hit for kids and adults alike, after a long day hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains or cruising Dollywood. The hosts were super to deal with. We had a minor snafu with the dishwasher, and the hosts had maintenance on site promptly to address the situation and made certain it did not negatively affect our schedule. Our family gives this vacation home six stars and three thumbs up, which I believe is the highest we can go. Highly recommended…

This stay was EVERYTHING!!! we booked it for Christmas ! This was the first time my family has ever done anything like this due to the passing of my granny ! We wanted to get away and this place made our first Christmas without her special. It has everything you need ! Very peaceful , clean and it’s by everything !! The farthest you may have to travel is to Walmart and that’s 10-15 minutes down the road! I have recommend this place to a lot of my people and I will be booking again! 10/10 !!

We had an excellent stay and were truly impressed with the property. The home was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and well accommodated. The host was also very responsive and prompt in addressing any questions or messages, which we greatly appreciated.We experienced a bit of snowfall on the day we arrived, and the driveway was quite icy. After reaching out, the host promptly arranged for someone to come out the following morning to shovel the entire driveway. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more enjoyable.The home itself was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. There were plenty of games and activities for the children, which kept them entertained throughout our trip. The fire pit beside the house was a wonderful touch and provided the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The beds were clean and comfortably firm, and there were more than enough blankets and towels available for everyone. The third level was especially charming and worked perfectly for our boys.If we were to offer minor suggestions for improvement, we recommend adding blinds or window coverings to the downstairs bedroom for added privacy. Closet space downstairs was somewhat limited, as it was shared with the bunk room, and while we understand layout constraints, an additional bathroom would have been helpful for a larger group.
