Looking for a relaxing, peaceful beach location on Sanibel Island? Seashells of Sanibel's private sandy path leads you to a tranquil beach directly on the Gulf. Amenities also include an onsite heated pool + new tennis/pickleball courts.

Enjoy an inviting open floor plan with2BRs+2 bath plus a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar with seating. The spacious Livingroom offers a Lg smart Tv and is open to the dining room. Sliders open to a screened Lanai for your morning sunrise.

The Primary BR offers a quality king bed, a lg tv and its own full bath w/walk in shower. The 2nd BR offers both a full and a twin bed with a tv plus a second bathroom with tub/shower combo. Unit comes with 2 bikes, linens, towels, beach chairs/umbrella, beach buggy, 3 smart TVs. Everything is NEW here in this PRIVATE END UNIT.

Seashells of Sanibel is a low key, upscale community on desirable West Gulf. Centrally located on the Island, conveniently adjoining the 23 miles of Sanibel's off-road bike paths. Easy ride to grocery, restaurants, Ding Darling wildlife refuge and kayak launching areas.

This is a very nicely updated condo unit in a convenient part of the island. We had a great experience from start to finish. The host, Becky, was very good throughout the process, providing timely information on the check in procedure and responding to questions that came up over the course of the six days that we stayed. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived and there was a thoughtful welcome gift awaiting us. The unit is efficiently laid out and was equipped with everything that we needed and then some. We made use of the kitchen to cook multiple meals with the provided cookware and dishware. The appliances all appear new and they worked great. There is a microwave, a drip coffee maker and a toaster in addition to the main appliances. The bathrooms are also like new and are well supplied. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of space to put things away and the beds were very comfortable. Beyond the basics that you would expect, the unit also has beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, carrying cart), pickleball gear, rolling cooler, and fishing gear. We didn't make use of any of those items but they are available. There may be other gear in there but we didn't go through everything. We didn't use the pool but it looked great and is located past the building next door. The condo complex is located on the opposite side of the street from the beach so you can expect a five minute walk to get to the water. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

The beach that you find at the end of our private, deeded sandy path is one of those secluded, tranquil beaches. A dream come true.

The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, kayaking and miles of bike paths.

I love the fact that Unit 34, our home away from home, is an End Unit with so much quiet and privacy. We share no walls with others and we have no one above our unit.

Our lanai view is of palm trees and nesting birds. The pool and the pickleball courts are nearby but not near enough to hear. Just birds sounds...
