☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 6 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Pets are NOT permitted at this home. Violation of this rule without authorization from the host will result in termination of the rental agreement and possible additional cleaning fees.

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Please leave shoes at the door to help keep the home sparkling clean.

☆ Starter amenities only - only starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack. We supply some hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite brand.

☆ Free full-size washer/dryer are in the unit with some laundry detergent to get you started, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash more than a load or two during your stay.

☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera and garage camera active on the property facing outward. They are active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. They are there for the safety and security of our property and our guests. Any tampering, covering, or disabling of cameras are grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement.

☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.

☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.

☆ This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of those around us and observe quiet hours between 9pm and 8am.
