It was a great get-away from the Phoenix heat. This property had everything we needed to cook and grill. It was a great family trip with some great food!

Wonderful house for families with young kids.

This place was amazing. No stress of stairs in the house with our littlest one and a high chair. All the kids (all 7 and under) loved the swings and big back yard and so did our dog. The house was clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided. Great coffee maker as well. Truly great place to stay!

Property was clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood. Clise to downtown Flagstaff. We in for the weekend, visiting friends and taking in a show. It was perfect.

Family get away in the woods

Our family of five (plus two dogs) stayed for a week in December. Cool weather outside but the house was warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. The fenced yard was the highlight for the dogs. Very quick drive to Flagstaff for dining.

A Beautiful Location

We loved our weekend stay in the mountains. Our grandbabies loved exploring the fenced in back yard. The swings and hammocks were a fun and much used addition. The location was perfect for our trip to Bearisona. The home was well stocked with lots of additional amenities.

Great home for a family

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house was well thought and the back yard was much bigger than the pics showed. Great for the kids! Everything was clean and in nice area. My only complaint would be that the king bed wasn't all that comfortable.

Good location

Very clean and tidy property. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Lighting outside to help find the house is so helpful. Good location to Grand Canyon. A little further to Sedona but still doable

Winter/Spring Break with Family

House was very clean and just as described. 10 minutes south of Flagstaff and convenient to interstate, but still quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive to the minor issues that arose. No local TV or cable, but good wifi and several streaming services.

Long Weekend Escape

We had a great long weekend staying in Kachina village. This was the first time we stayed in this area and loved how easy it was to get to/from the NAU area and historic downtown. The house was great, beds were comfortable and the backyard was larger than I had thought it would be. We didn’t bring our small dog but it was fenced in so if we had decided to bring him he would have been fine. Communication with the owners was seamless, they were very responsive and nice. We would stay here again!

Great place to escape the summer heat

We were a group of 4 adults and two dogs, and we had a great weeklong stay! We had plenty of space and the location is great. It’s easy to get to and just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff. Three of us worked remotely for a few days and the Wi-Fi worked like a champ. The neighborhood was scenic and quiet which made for nice lunchtime walks, and there are a handful of easy hiking trails within walking distance. The dogs loved the spacious backyard, and the humans enjoyed the patio and grill. Also, the EV charger was super convenient and worked well.

Great Flagstaff spot!

We have rented numerous times in the Flagstaff area and I think this rental is our favorite. We love being a short drive out of the hustle and bustle of town, and Kachina Village is the perfect spot. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever stayed at. The kids had a blast exploring and playing in the backyard. The only negative was even though it says parking for three, we found we could really only fit two cars safely. Not a big deal though-we plan to book this house again!

Highly Recommended!

We loved this rental. It was close to relatives in Kachina Village and just so comfortable and perfect for our stay. It looks like the pictures or better. Location was so convenient to get to downtown Flagstaff but had a cozy, cabin feel to it. Our boys could not get enough of the hammocks and exploring the yard and surrounding area. The home had everything you could need with a good size kitchen/dining area, 3 TVs, gas grill, laundry room, central air - and strong WiFi signal! Beds were very comfortable and everyone had space to chill. The hosts were easy to communicate with and left us information/suggestions on the area - they were so friendly. Would go back to to this location again for sure!

Peaceful and Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved this place. The couches and beds were super comfortable. It had a/c and stayed nice and cool the entire time which doesn't happen everywhere in Flagstaff in the summer... The backyard was amazing with beautiful trees and hammocks and swings. The yard was fenced for our sweet little dog who ran around playing fetch with pine cones. There is a patio and propane grill, You Tube TV, decently stocked kitchen - with dishes and utensils so we made breakfast and dinner at the house. We were happy to just stay and relax and would absolutely return. They also have an EV charger that we didn't use - but we will do so next time because we have an EV and usually don't bring it unless we know for sure that's a good option. We love this place! Also, the check in and out process was super simple - they let us know in plenty of time how to check in (where in the past with other VRBOs, we've had to contact the owner as we are arriving). They sent emails and texts long before arrival so no stress there... I emailed our guest contact person when we got there because a closet had a broken lock (just didn't want them to think it was us) and she responded instantly. She also responded instantly another time when I emailed about something simple... Great customer service!

Wonderful!

And we were very happy with this rental! It is a few minutes drive back to restaurants and shopping, but we prefer being out of the hustle and bustle of town. As it shows in the photos, there are mature trees around the house, and a peaceful view of them from the master bedroom window. There are neighbors close by but the trees and slope of the land lends itself to feeling more secluded. The master bed was very comfortable – not too firm not too soft. Probably more on the firmer end which we like. The master bath is a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs and there is more than one bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There isn’t a Keurig but a regular coffee pot. There was some coffee on hand during our visit. There are a few steps to go down to get into the house from the uncovered parking area. It’s not a problem, but not handicapped accessible. I’m slightly picky when it comes to rentals but would absolutely stay here again! The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and will definitely return when we visit Flagstaff. We love that there is an EV charger. The place is extremely clean and smells good. The beds and couches are comfy. The kitchen has "just the right" amount of items to get by - plenty of dishes and utensils, pans, etc. So, we enjoyed bringing our own food and grilling on the patio, and enjoying the beautiful weather. We also love that the yard is spacious and clead and fenced! Our little dog ran round and played fetch. Check in and out are very easy. Also the host was great with communication. We had no issues and a great stay!

Great location

Being not far from downtown Flagstaff it is a great location to see lots of northern Arizona. The large pine trees smell wonderful and there is a nice hiking trail very close.

Beautiful home

Although we only stayed 2 nights, the house was beautiful and very well equipped with anything you could need. It’s very close to downtown but yet situated in a quiet area. The owner is very accessible and answered all our questions almost immediately. We loved the hammocks in the backyard.
