The apartment was really well cared for, many amenities, so many we could not use them all. The check in process was a little confusing but they had more to do with the fact that we arrived very late at night. The host communicated to us wonderfully and did advise us to look over the process prior, which I did. The instructions were good, we just were not familiar with the area. Our experience was wonderful and we felt safe the whole time. Parking was a bit tricky but totally doable. Would stay here again

When booking the property I went by the location map on VRBO. It turns out it was off by a few blocks. The unit now has a parking space in the building attached which was very convenient. The unit met all our expectations. Before you go, study exactly where you have to go to get to the back of the building to access your key, which we did so it was no problem.

The place was nice with the big windows and the 2 floors.better than we expected. There was a lot of easy parking available around ($$). But we were 2 « experimented travellers » And, we were very confused upon arrival by the host's overly long and fussy explanations—different codes, keys, doors access and passwords wich was sent through différents email and platforms. which, in the end, were actually simple and could have been easily understood with clear visual aids and a concise explanation. But I recommend it for the price and the quality.

Downtown Cleveland is an absolute diamond in the rough! The city has put a huge emphasis on having logistics in place for adequate parking centered around performing arts, sporting events, and dining within walking distance of Playhouse square. It is very pet friendly and most people love to engage in conversation and exchange stories.

The property is right in the heart of downtown, one block from Playhouse Square and makes all of the activities very easily accessible. The apartment building is loaded with amenities. There is a full gym, yoga area, business center with available conference rooms for in-person meetings, rooftop deck with a skyline view, BBQ grill, kitchen and island with a full refrigerator to whip up your own cocktails, a game room with a couple of pool tables, ping-pong, arcade style bowling, shuffle board, poker table. There is also a dog run that allow your pets to have an open space to run around.

The unit itself is a well appointed loft outfitted with modern furnishings with plenty of natural sunlight, high ceilings that give a very spacious feel. You have a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal with a stove, oven range, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinner sets, silverware to make you feel at home.
