The full kitchen has a gas range, cookware, utensils and basic cooking supplies. Enjoy the living room and fireplace, Wi-Fi, TV, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Free street parking is available nearby; spaces are not reserved.

OUTDOOR SPACE AND PRIVACY
The backyard and patio, including the outdoor dining area, are shared with your host's household and available for guests to enjoy. Your host lives upstairs, and family members are often at home.

HEATING AND COOLING
The apartment's thermostat controls the fireplace. Central heating and air conditioning are controlled by the host, with portable heaters and a portable air conditioner available to supplement them. Please contact your host if you need help getting comfortable.
